Just wanted to post pictures of my new Baby Girl!
My wife was found to be suffering from Preeclampsia and the baby didn't have much amniotic fluid (would up even less!). Early delivery (32 weeks)was an absolute must for both Mommy and Baby.
Baby and Mommy are doing great!
Anna Elizabeth was born approximately 1:30 PM via C-section and weighs 3 lbs 11 oz.
Praise the Lord for the strenght he have us all and most especially to Baby Anna. Anna will get to come home when she reaches 4.5 lbs and is eating properly.
The Dr. is already backing off on the oxygen, as she is breathing very well on her own.
And the proud daddy with Baby Anna!
Anna's beautiful! Congratulations!
She looks a nice healthy color. Congratulations, have fun with her as she grows.
What a beauty. Congratulations!

Beautiful Battman. May God bless you all.
Some recent pictures:
With one of her grandpa's late last month (My Daddy).
Just a cute picture from a month ago - she loves her bunny!
With Mommy on White Rock Mountain in NW Arkansas.
Another on White Rock Mountain
Just after bath time - couldn't resist the photo-op!
Anna smiling at her mommy.
And a couple more from today....
God has truly blessed our family. Anna is doing so well. She has a Dr. Appt Wednesday for her Synagis shot (RSV preventive) and will get her current weight. We are guessing very close to 20lbs - as she was 17 lbs 13 oz last month.
She is SO adorable, but then I am a sucker for baby girls (I have 2 daughters). The ones of her in the red Pooh outfit are gorgeous--my husband says that she reminds him of our niece at that age.
It hardly seems possible that she is almost 8 months old already! I look at my 5 month old and wonder where that tiny little girl went...she is starting to eat solids now and loving it :)
You have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. God has given you the most precious gift of all.
I have 6 girls (the youngest is 2 months).
Beautiful girl----you'll have to fight the boys away in about 17 yrs!
One tip - Never forget the now relatively famous country song: "Mommas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Liberals."
From someone who had a preemie as well (2.5 lbs, she is 10 now and growing like a weed and healthy as a horse)

You are very blessed to have such a beautiful family.
I am here with my daughter in Israel who has just given birth to her first child -- an 8-lb. boy! (My 12th grandkid)
Anna is now a little over a year old - the pictures are mostly from her birthday party and her visit to the Little Rock Zoo.
She's doing very well. She now has met or exceeded all growth averages. She is progressing very well and just started cutting teeth this past weekend.
She's starting to take a few steps alone, and can walk a whole lot if she has something to hold on to (even if it's really not giving any support). What a blessing she has been and continues to be!
This is obviously at her birthday party having her first cake!
Her new John Deer ATV! I think she likes it!
Four generations - Anna, Me, My Mother, and my Grandmother.
Anna by the zebras.
Smile - she likes TCBY chocolate yogurt!
What an adorable little girl! Congrats to you and your wife, and I will pray she gains weight quickly so she can come home! :)
This is an amazing thread! The Lord has blessed you FRiend.
Oh my goodness! She is really getting big! And that smile says "mischief."
Ack! That's what I get for not reading all the posts, or checking dates, lol.
Sorry about that. :)
What a little doll she is - especially in that last photo.
Savor every moment - the next thing you know you'll be buying her a truck.
Our 'baby' turns 16 on Sunday.
Little Anna is cute, too.
LOL!
