Exactly. How's he going to achieve this? Think of the legislation involved in any campaign promise. It's all talk, John, all talk.

I'd rather he stayed out of Missouri. My husband's plant is operating full blast for the first time in more than a year, and I don't want Kerry screwing it up.

If I am not being nosy, what part of Missouri is the plant located at? A good friend of mine just took a week off. He's exhausted-55-60 hour weeks since early Dec. He's a VN vet, and like myself, ain't the horse he used to be.
I have several family members working in unions and they have more work than ever before. Construction here in the Ozarks is booming, as are the trades, trucking, food-service,etc. Only folks around here that are unemployed are those that can't work and those that do not want to...

I heard it's a one year corporate tax cut...when he does that, Bush should say fine...get your ar$e back and congress and propose it, I'll help you push it and sign it....
Kerry: bluh, bluh, bluh I want to uh, uh, use that to raise taxes.....
We get another tax cut and Kerry is looking all talk...

Let's hear the details. I can unveil a plan to build a ladder to the moon. It will probably be just as successful as Kerry's "plan" to create 10 million new jobs. It's just hot air.

Talk is cheap. Kerry has done nothing to provide jobs in all his illustrious years as a Senator. On the contrary, he has suppressed jobs. Gave them to Hanoi, and every Marxist country he could.
I wouldn't invite this toad to my house on a bet. If I had to, I would reserve the right to spit in his face. (Shades of WFB, Jr.) Hanoi John is an enemy to the Republic and it is imperative that he is defeated.

This bodes ill for America! I'd be willing to bet Kerry envisions a Singapore-style government, and plans to put those 10 million to work as government spys.
To: dirtboy
I have serious doubts there are 10 million people who are both unemployed AND employable.
There are, what, 175 million in the adult workforce? Unemployment is running at about 5 to 6 percent? Six percent of 175 million is less than 9 million.
Somebody please correct my numbers.
To: Myrddin
Let's see.....
2.5 million new crossing guards
2 million new playground supervisors
1 million new cops
1 million new teachers
2.5 million new street sweepers
1 million new tax collectors

I thought it was 135 million in the job force? Mileage will vary I guess.
