Breaking on Hannity: Another Witness to OBL/Sudan Deal?

Did anyone else hear this? Hannity just had a woman on named Janet who appears to have worked outside of the US government, but for the Sudanese in some sort of humitarian effort, who has documents of the offers made to Clinton with regards to OBL. Hannity is obviously being skeptical about it all, but she claims to have also went before the committee sometime in October (I think). Anybody familiar with this?

I heard it. I'm suspicious of her, and I think Hannity is, too. He asked her several times if she was willing to give him copies of all the document, and all she did was giggle. Finally, in a less than convincing manner, she said she would.

If there's anything to it, and if Sean does get copies, we'll know about it soon enough.

Yes she did. Unfortnately, she may also have some demands of her own for exposing the little turd. Everybody's out for something so I wouldn't be surprised. Could be she was just giddy that someone's finally taking her serious. I want to know more, but I'm glad Sean isn't continuing to hype it just in case. She could work for Asner:)

Read "Losing Bin Laden." Miniter covers her involvement. I've been wondering why no one has yet contacted her. She worked as a lobbyist for Sudan here in DC. Even after the work relationship ended with Sudan, she allegedly got involved between Sudan and the CIA - getting the one in touch with reps for the other, so that Sudan could turn over Bin Laden, among other things.

the trouble is it doesn't matter.
this election is about "hating bush" not re-unelecting clintong.

even if we are simply trying to defend against the "bush has not done enough" accusations, it simply serves their purposes to make the lie look like it has legs.

We could have pictures of osami and kerry, dirty dancing at a gay bar in amsterdam, or participating in a "snuff" film and NO ONE WOULD CARE BUT US.

Bush could walk across the great lakes and part the state of montana, turn all the elk into al queada and incinerate them all by divine aegis, all on live television, and the "hate bush" crowd would only scream louder... 'it's unfair for bush to act alone'.

That is the nature of what we are dealing with.

I heard her too and my first thought was to be very skeptical but the more she talked the more I got my hopes up that she was for real. She did mention that she had either sent documents or notified a few people... one being Newt Gingrich..and perhaps Tom DeLay? Since Newt is on with Sean frequently I hope Sean gives him a call soon so that we can either debunk this woman totally or give us some hope she is for real. Watched a few minutes of Clarke today and ended up cussing and throwing things so had to turn it off......not a very pleasant sight to see a 70 yr old lady throwing a temper tantrum!!!

I heard that on my ride home. She was a diplomatic courier for the US in Sudan during 1998. She knew Sudan's ambassador to the US. She made copies of some documents she in charge of delivering. She said she had testified for 4 hours behind closed doors to this commission. Sean is trying to get the documents from her to blow her story open. She was mad the Madeline Albright was lying during her testimony yesterday. She sounded very credible to me.

Very weird. Seems like she's a lobbyist for Sudan, and seems she's been on a few panels at Security conferences. Stange set of background.
