And their fries are the WORST.
Whenever I eat there I always take a bag of chips in with me.
Interesting that their decline happened when they switched to the "batter" type fries that taste like cardboard.

The chicken baguette wasn't bad and it came with a little side salad that was fresher than what you'd get at McD's or Arby's....so, of course, the answer is to pitch those items and go back to happy saturated fats.
BK hamburgers could be used on "Fear Factor"...Blum ought to throw those off the menu instead of chicken.

I love their fries! Crunchy!
I love Whoppers but I agree with the other poster. If they would wrap them in lettuce, they would have low carb and a winner!

AMEN TO THAT!!! What I suspect is that they buy potatoes graded "Unfit for human consumption" mash them, press them through a dye, partially fry them, and flash freeze them. Just stone cold gross. My 2 year old son won't even eat them and we're talking about a kid who eats birthday cake out of the garbage can.
I'd say what the worst is, though, is the service. The last time I went I ordered two kids meals and when we got home they were 0-2 on the beverages (milk vs. A.J.) 1-2 on the sandwiches (only one burger, the other had nothing) and 0-2 on the Onion Rings (both fries).
I wrote the CEO, Customer Service and the branch. We'll see what happens.

And their fries are the WORST. Yes, their fries are beyond horrible. Same goes for Jack in the Box. What is so difficult about making a simple french fry? They should take lessons from Wendy's or even McDonald's.
