Clarke is either lying under oath now, or was lying in 2002.

OMG, the principals went on vacation in August, so the meetings didn't happen until September. See, it is all Bush's fault. I hope someone hammers this guy but good.
To: Peach
Dr. Rice sent him a memo noting his abscences and requested his attendance........He wouldn't go to the meetings.
To: Howlin
this meeting stuff is absolutely stupid - to listen to the Clintonistas, their only sense of progress in anything was how many meetings they were engaging in.
To: StarFan
Are those addressing the committee sworn in? YEP!

Can Tim Roemer be any more pathetic and/or partisan?
To: cyncooper
Roemer instructed Clark to disregard the Angle tape!?

I know, but I have no faith in the RINOS on the Commission--they haven't shown me anything yet.

Clarke is either lying under oath now, or was lying in 2002. I'll take "BOTH" for $800, Alex.

With his opening remarks, Clarke is like the Beta wolf that lies prostrate on the ground in front of the others of the pack.

This is so gross, why are the Sudan and pre 1998 events off
the table?
What I think is shameless, is that the Somalia/Mogadishu event has not even been mentioned. Clinton's policy caused these soldiers their lives and it set the stage for how Clinton would react to every terrorist event during his administration. This is shameless.

Still pushing his agenda and thinks cyber security is something we are unprepared for.
He was certainly unprepared for the cyber security of Freepers and others in FNC who found old tapes and quotes. LOL

I wish someone on that committee would have the gonads to say, "You're here for one reason and that's to sell your book. Since you contradict your own statements I can see no other reason for your being here. Well, there's two other reasons. One is to get Kerry elected and two, because you're pissed that Bush dissed you. I have no further use for this guy, Mr. Chairman."
To: Howlin
"REMEMBER PEOPLE: This man's "opinions" are colored by the fact that he wasn't where HE thought he should be."
Pretty much sums up what he is testifying. No doubt he is a liberal, that is a state of mind of ones own self importance.
He tried to save us and Bush would not let him.
