The outstanding highlight of the Carter Administration was the photgraph of brother Billy standing with a beer in his hand and taking a leak by the nose wheel of AF1 during his brother's term. He was the only man in that Presidency that knew what he wanted to do, had the equipment to do it with and did it without caring what others thought.

Billy was my President during those dark days.
