Flip flops? Your boy Bush make Kerry look like a minor leaguer. See below:
1. Bush is against campaign finance reform; then he's for it. 2. Bush is against a Homeland Security Department; then he's for it. 3. Bush is against a 9/11 commission; then he's for it. 4. Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it. 5. Bush is against nation building; then he's for it. 6. Bush is against deficits; then he's for them. 7. Bush is for free trade; then he's for tariffs on steel; then he's against them again. 8. Bush is against the U.S. taking a role in the Israeli Palestinian conflict; then he pushes for a "road map" and a Palestinian State. 9. Bush is for states right to decide on gay marriage, then he is for changing the constitution. 10. Bush first says he'll provide money for first responders (fire, police, emergency), then he doesn't. 11. Bush first says that 'help is on the way' to the military ... then he cuts benefits 12. Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. Bush-"I don't know where he is. I have no idea and I really don't care. 13. Bush claims to be in favor of the environment and then secretly starts drilling on Padre Island. 14. Bush talks about helping education and increases mandates while cutting funding. 15. Bush first says the U.S. won't negotiate with North Korea. Now he will 16. Bush goes to Bob Jones University. Then say's he shouldn't have. 17. Bush said he would demand a U.N. Security Council vote on whether to sanction military action against Iraq. Later Bush announced he would not call for a vote 18. Bush said the "mission accomplished" banner was put up by the sailors. Bush later admits it was his advance team. 19. Bush was for fingerprinting and photographing Mexicans who enter the US. Bush after meeting with Pres. Fox, he's against it
Am I wasting time with mocking comments to trolls? Yes. Guilty as charged. But it doesn't take as long, and it's a lot more fun!
1. should've vetoed
2. Bush is against a Homeland Security Department; then he's for it.
2. when was he against it? before 9-11? like ANYONE would have put up with this before 9-11. We were all asleep to the danger 9-10
3. Bush is against a 9/11 commission; then he's for it.
3. maybe he thinks it was going to be politicized (imagine that?)? National security issues.
4. Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it.
4. Intelligence issues? It'll be interesting if he was using intelligence from way back into the 90's, along with current. You know, back when the whole world said he had WMD
5. Bush is against nation building; then he's for it.
5. He stated he was against nation building in the Presidential debates w/ Albore right? I'm assuming you mean Afganistan and Iraq? Oh yeah, we were going to take out the government in place and just leave the citizens of these countries on their own? That's smart, right? Its not nation building like he meant, or else we'd be in Africa, etc.
6. Bush is against deficits; then he's for them.
6. Deficit spending is common during war time. 9-11 changed many things, dumba$$. Did Bush ever say he was for deficit spending? That being said, he could start cutting many things, like funding for the Nat'l Endowment of the Arts for starters.
7. Bush is for free trade; then he's for tariffs on steel; then he's against them again.
7. He took a political gamble on the steel tariffs, realized they sucked, and undid it. And you gripers of outsourcing are one to talk about whether Bush supports free trade. Do you?
8. Bush is against the U.S. taking a role in the Israeli Palestinian conflict; then he pushes for a "road map" and a Palestinian State.
8. Bush realized, again after 9-11, it was in the best interest for America, and the whole world, to try and get the crap straightened out in the Mid-East. At least he's not kissing up to terrorist and Nobel peace lauret Arafat.
9. Bush is for states right to decide on gay marriage, then he is for changing the constitution.
9. Too bad all those mayors started breaking the laws of their states, thus forcing the federal government to take notice.
10. Bush first says he'll provide money for first responders (fire, police, emergency), then he doesn't.
10. I am too uninformed on this point to refute, but I'm sure it can be.
11. Bush first says that 'help is on the way' to the military ... then he cuts benefits
11. same as 10, although IMO we should give reservists health coverage and retirement at 55 instead of 60. PS - How many times did Kerry vote to cut military funding? Plus, I need proof showing what benefits Bush has cut, and no I won't take your word on it. And like you give a crap about our guys in uniform.
12. Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. Bush-"I don't know where he is. I have no idea and I really don't care.
12. Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. he never said this, did he? I need a source please.
13. Bush claims to be in favor of the environment and then secretly starts drilling on Padre Island.
13. Secretly drilling? Have they come up with those stealth drilling machines already? Hey, what's that noise? I don't see anything, lol. If its such a secret, how do you know?
14. Bush talks about helping education and increases mandates while cutting funding.
14. Since I am no fan of public education, he could cut the whole program, and give the money back to parents to make decisions for themselves. In fact, I wish he would. Government schools are the 9th plank of the communist manifesto, did you know that?
15. Bush first says the U.S. won't negotiate with North Korea. Now he will
15. After he got other countries to come along, and he didn't fall for the little man's threats either. So, you don't want Bush negotiating with NK? Idiot. Maybe we should just start the bombing and see what the "fallout" is?
16. Bush goes to Bob Jones University. Then say's he shouldn't have.
16. This one is just stupid on your part. A flip-flop? I shouldn't have had the Hershey Bar last night after working out either, but its not really a flip flop is it? Too bad you hate religion so much.
17. Bush said he would demand a U.N. Security Council vote on whether to sanction military action against Iraq. Later Bush announced he would not call for a vote
17. He didn't ask for the vote because certain members made their views all too well known that no matter what, they would vote against the US policies. NO MATTER WHAT they said. Screw the UN, thank you very much.
18. Bush said the "mission accomplished" banner was put up by the sailors. Bush later admits it was his advance team.
18. He shouldn't have said anything. The crew's mission was accomplished. He wastes so much time having to defend non-issues.
19. Bush was for fingerprinting and photographing Mexicans who enter the US. Bush after meeting with Pres. Fox, he's against it.
19. Deport all illegals. Another fault of his.
Fool. The barbarians are at the gate, and we have to deal with the traitors within.
