3 Suspected of Photographing Area Refineries

Three men are in custody this hour after allegedly photographing sites around the local refineries Wednesday in Delaware County. Police sources confirm that the three men are in custody and are being questioned about their activities.
The men were apprehended by Marcus Hook police.
The FBI will assist with the investigation.
Sources also tell Action News that the alleged suspects were videotaping the refineries and tanker ships.

you can take all the photos of the Bklyn Bridge that you want -- I walk across it a couple times a week and it's always full of tourists taking pictures.

I suppose you would have preferred the police to have arrested the "suspects" after they bombed the installation instead of doing something to prevent it, if they could have found them. A big part of police work involves watching for unusual or suspicious behavior and acting on it. I still say, Damn good police work.
