does he want to win?
does he want to avoid getting gored by the media on one of the very few issues which could really hurt him?

It happened to me, also, and I wasn't able to stretch the borders of the window.

Thanks silverleaf for promoting my ad.
I'm glad ya'll enjoy it.
I'm probably gonna overload my maximum usage allowed by that cox.net account - maybe it's already happened.
Here's another link on a different account for the same GWBush ad: GWBush Ad #1
And here's a link to the raw file if it doesn't seem to play right on the above link: GWBush1.swf
There's also a "Kerry-bashing" ad I made here: Kerry Ad #1
Enjoy!

Loved your "Welcome Back, Kerry" ad, too! You're very creative! Hope we can spread this around. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then those pictures are worth billions of words!

Not only that but I am sure they would need BTO's permission to use that song. If they got that far wouldn't that be outsourcing since um BTO aren't American.

Just "Right-Click/Save-As" or do whatever your system needs and you can save it to your hard-drive.

Just ONE time, JUST ONE TIME, How about all the nit pickers and naysayers keep their opinions to themselves? That would make for a pretty dull forum, wouldn't it?
Fact is, a campaign ad must be careful about every message it sends. The music is great. The name of the song is problematic. If an ad like this went national, the dem response is obvious. If you don't think that sort of thing matters, maybe you haven't watched a presidential debate in the last 25 years. It is the "zingers" that people notice and remember, not the policy discussion. Fair or not, like it or not, it matters, and it makes the campaign look bad for not noticing it.
By the way, do you remember how Al Gore was belittled for using "You ain't seen nothing yet," also by BTO, in his campaign? The song, if you recall, was about catching a sexually transmitted disease.

You bet the primary voter turnout was dismal for the Democrats. For example, in Virginia, of the 7,078,515 Virginians counted in the 2000 Census, 6,875,029 of them did NOT vote for Ketchup Boy on February 10th!

FREEPERS: WHERE IS OUR MEDIA OUTLET EQUIVALENT OF THE SOCIALISTS AT MOVEON.ORG?? Freepers have a tendency NOT to lower themselves to moveon.org standards. Plus we don't have a scuzzy billionaire and the Hollywood Stalinists bankrolling us.
