Wow! Was anyone watching FOX news at about 3:30 Eastern?
Big accusation against Kerry
Posted on 03/14/2004 12:39:30 PM PST by Phisher
I was just watching FOX news and an author from the New York Sun, wrote an article about 3 veterans who remember John Kerry attending a V V A W meeting in which they would vote on 'assassinating top US 'war-hawk' politicians who want to continue the war.
Kerry's entire campaign has denied him being there but these three individuals are saying otherwise.
I am not subscribed to the paper (or online edition) But if this is true, Kerry would be facing some serious problems.
I am looking for the FOX news transcipts, but those normally don't come out for a few hours.
Anyone else have info on this?

Excellent!
Any chance we could persuade you to transcribe it and post it?
I think they were explosive revelations.

Thanks for posting the links. I missed those articles.
I wish people would post and Admin Moderators would leave such articles in at least Front Page News, not extended news.

FOX News is reporting on it today. This thread was started to let us know that FOX News is reporting on it today. It may have come out last week, but FOX News reported on it today. It might be best if you were to move along.

This will give Kerry street cred w/the antiwar Left. These sorts of *solutions* were everywhere as rhetoric during the Movement days.
I believe it happened. I believe it was shouted down. I believe it will go nowhere and will make Kerry even more popular w/15% of those who haven't moved on from the 1970s.
However, it will give Kerry yet another dilemma. Does he say he WAS there and disagreed w/extreme measures ? Or does he spin it that he left prior in order to distance himself?
It is sort of like the pot smoking issue. Or the abortion issue. Or the divorce issue. At certain points in time, any of these could disqualify someone from office. Now, no one cares because so many have done the same thing.
I wonder how many of the loons on the Left have publicly called for assassinating the POTUS? Is everyone who heard such a plot guilty if they didn't immediately contact the Secret Service?
After all, these are "antiwar activists" (/sarcasm)
But I hope it is a distraction long enough to cost time and money and again show Kerry cannot ever be counted on to stick to any principle at all. Even heinous ones.

Kerry CLAIMS he resigned, but curiously enough, nobody can find his letter of resignation.

I do, if everyone on the freepers calles the major media asking to report the story!!!,or we'll change the channel!!!

Just posted this on CNN's feedback site:
I'm glad you are suppressing the story that Kerry was part of a group which sought to assassinate US senators. Why help the Bush administration? It's not like you are a news organization, or anything like that. Can shame work? Who knows!
There is no shame. Communicating with CNN via their feedback link is futile. Better to communicate directly with reporters, thoughtfully impugning the accuracy of their reporting, and making sure you provide telephone number or other avenues that the reporter can use to engage you in dialogue.

Yes, he didn, he even named at least one person.
Apparently the Vietnam Vets Kerry parades out are the ones who were in the VV Against the War organization.

You may want to consider adding a list of such articles, etc to your blank profile page.
It can be a powerful tool to provide ready access to folks who are interested or that you tweak for some reason. ;-)
A blank profile page is such a waste, don'tchaknow. "-)

Kerry CLAIMS he wasn't at the Kansas City meeting. However now three people put him there.
Scott Camil doesn't deny whatsoever that he cooked up the idea. Why would Kerry's campaign invite somebody like that? I'd think they would want to put as much distance as possible from him at least until after the election.
Payoff? Cooperation cash? Buying silence? Or liberal arrogance on the part of Kerry?

You do realize, don't you, that if Kerry gets dumped, we're gonna get stuck with Hillary? Not that I wouldn't like to see him go down, mind you. He certainly deserves to, lying, elitist traitor that he is.

Unfortunately it's only free for 30 says, adn you probably have to give them a credit card number, and they will start charging, if you forget to cancel. There are just too many papers, to become paid subscribers for each. Lipscomb's last article in early March was eventually published at FrontPageMag.com -- I imagine this one will be too, eventually.
"I understand I will receive The New York Sun Electronic Edition free of charge for 30 (thirty) days and may cancel at any time during that period without being charged. I understand that at the end of the 30 (thirty) day period, my credit card will be charged $16.25 (for a quarterly subscription) or $65.00 (for an annual subscription) unless I have canceled."

My fear, exactly. Just the way the Dems shamelessly substituted Lautenberg for Torricelli, they could to the same now.
