Wow! Was anyone watching FOX news at about 3:30 Eastern? Big accusation against Kerry

Posted on 03/14/2004 12:39:30 PM PST by Phisher

I was just watching FOX news and an author from the New York Sun, wrote an article about 3 veterans who remember John Kerry attending a V V A W meeting in which they would vote on 'assassinating top US 'war-hawk' politicians who want to continue the war.

Kerry's entire campaign has denied him being there but these three individuals are saying otherwise.

I am not subscribed to the paper (or online edition) But if this is true, Kerry would be facing some serious problems.

I am looking for the FOX news transcipts, but those normally don't come out for a few hours.

Anyone else have info on this?

Great catch; thanks for reporting this.

Maybe someday the lamestream press will report it but right now they are too busy using their stenography skills and taking down all the DNC talking points. LOL

People say a lot of stuff.

But will these people sign and swear out affidavits saying as much?

Lipscomb says he has another article coming out tomorrow. If he publishes them for several days to come, maybe it will be harder for the media to cover up.

i saw it... too bad it didn't happen after the convention ... you know these things just don't pop up out of nowhere... i'm willing to bet that even if he resigned from this organization a few days before voting against it, you know that he was part of the discussions regarding it... what? he voted against it but claims to have resigned two days before the vote? hmmm... this raises more questions than it answers

So far so good then. While it is gratifying to see it posted here, it is also important that eyewitnesses get on FOX and other outlets to put the charge out there publicly and hopefully be able to prove it. Kerry's people can deny it and the liberal media can ignore it, but if there's credible proof - WHAT A CAMPAIGN AD!!!!!!

"Yes that was a great report by Lipscomb and Laurie. I recorded it on my vcr. Kerry has the murder plotter working in his campaign."

Good grief! This is explosive if true! Good luck Doug.

I saw that too.

Thomas Lipscomb wrote an expose in the New York Sun about Kerry.

He says that the Vietnam Veterans who support Kerry today, were the ones, who were members of the Vietnam Veterans Against the Vietnam War.

Lipscomb wrote an earlier article about Kerry, which was picked up by other sites,

Setting Straight Kerry’s War Record
http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=12386

"“[T]he fabled and distinguished chief of naval operations,Admiral Elmo Zumwalt, told me — 30 years ago when he was still CNO —that during his own command of U.S. naval forces in Vietnam, just prior to his anointment as CNO, young Kerry had created great problems for him and the other top brass,by killing so many non-combatant civilians and going after other non-military targets.‘We had virtually to straitjacket him to keep him under control,’ the admiral said. ‘Bud’ Zumwalt got it right when he assessed Kerry as having large ambitions — but promised that his career in Vietnam would haunt him if he were ever on the national stage.” And this statement was made despite the fact Zumwalt had personally pinned a Silver Star on Mr. Kerry.

By his own admission during those four months, Mr. Kerry continually kept ramming his Swiftboat onto an enemy-held shore on assorted occasions alone and with a few men, killing civilians and even a wounded enemy soldier. One can begin to appreciate Zumwalt’s problem with Mr. Kerry as commander of an unarmored craft dependent upon speed of maneuver to keep it and its crew from being shot to pieces."

But apparently the current article is much more damning. I am not a subscriber of the NY Sun, so couldn't view it. I wish I had taped the Fox interview with Liscomb -- I was only half paying attention and realized too late the explosive revelations.

That is an OLD article.

This is a NEW one. And Lipscomb promised even more later.

"Kerry's people can deny it and the liberal media can ignore it...."

Just posted this on CNN's feedback site:

I'm glad you are suppressing the story that Kerry was part of a group which sought to assassinate US senators. Why help the Bush administration? It's not like you are a news organization, or anything like that.

Can shame work? Who knows!
