Howard has often complained that he's being crucified by the various forces of the government. Years ago he had a tape - Crucified by the FCC. All this is nothing new for Howard.

No disrespect, but many people were crucified. I don't have a problem w/Howard's use of the term or pictures. I think most people know the difference between Jesus and Howard Stern. Howard hasn't lost his 1st Amendment rights (yet).

First of all, you're addressing a woman in your post.

Secondly, she's right. He's been doing this thing for over a decade.

Can I ask a question--when MadTV did the "Greatest Action Story Ever Told" where the guy playing Arnold portrayed a cyborg sent back into time to protect Jesus, was THat blasphemy?

Or is it only people or shows you like that can get away with such things? I respect The Passion and Gibson, but ANY MOVIE is up for parody.

It may be tasteless to equate his predicament with a man being crucified, but it can't be blasphemy because he doesn't believe nor do lots of other people.
