Basically, we can't afford professional voice-overs.  However, there must be some FReepers out there with good voices.  So, if you do have a good voice, please record any (or all) of the following scripts (in separate files - WAV or MP3), and send them to THIS email address.

Now, John Kerry(ptui) ain't hardly worth that many words anyhow.

Start>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder.

It works just like a tape recorder. If you have a microphone plugged into the "line in" or "microphone" jack on the back of your pc (sound card ports) then you can click on the red dot on Sound Recorder and then speak. Press the square 'stop" button to end it. Then click on "File" then "save as" and save it as a .wav file on your hard drive. Don't forget where you saved it to!

Then all you need to do is attach that file to an email to send it.

I'm flattered guys. I haven't done radio since the late 70's. I did news copy on KHJ 93FM, and KYMS 106.3FM in southern CA. Even filled in as a top 40 jock for a week on KIIS and did some voice overs and some PSAs. I'll give this a try. Might be fun. Been toying with the idea of getting back into radio. Got a friend that does a local talk show following Sean Hannity on 990 AM who has hinted on me joining him occasionally. When do we need it done?

The worst part was gettin' him untangled from the line 'cause he wanted to use that long beak on my hands and arms. He/she didn't understand we were just doin' this fer fun..
