LOL, John Kerry has to be the most boring speaker I have ever heard, his slow and draaaaaawn outtttttttttt worrrrrrrds reminds me of listening to a monotone preacher giving a really boring sermon that puts half the congregation to sleep, and only when he stops talking, do some of them wake up.

BTW, The next time any Liberal you might run into complains about the unemployment rate, make sure you tell them that the Unemployment rate was higher in 1996 than it is now. And one other little tid bit, Bill Klinton and the RATS have boasted many times that under Bill Klinton 22 million jobs were created. They came up with those numbers by counting the total amount of people working in 1992 compared to 2000.

Using that same formula, Under George W. Bush, 3 million jobs have been created since he was sworn in 2001. It's called the "Household Survey" not the "Non-Farm Survey" the Dems site every week. The "Household Survey" shows an increase of almost 3 million workers added to the payrolls since January 20th, 2001. When George W. Bush plays this hand is anyone's guess, but that is a hand he has in his arsenal and I'm sure he will know when to play it :-)

I get those things a lot and have a medicine that I put on spots that brings them to a sore and then they heal up and go away. They are pre-cancerous and not a problem if taken care of. The sun doesn't help. Be positive now.

Yeah - fewer (well, about the same, now as 2000) people on payrolls, more people working in various small or sole proprietor or other creative business models.

No mass soup lines or homeless or starvation or any such. God knows we'd hear about that if there were a shred of evidence for it.

Not bad for coming off one of the biggest bubbles in human history.

But this is where I worry for 2008. I am basically a pessimist on the economy - we may have created enough debt and mortgage paper and had enough Yen and Yuan buying enough of Uncle Sam's bonds to get by so far, but I am convinced that there will be hell to pay for this paper profligacy sooner or later.

My biggest fear is the economy goes to hell in 2007, and Hitlary goes to the White House in 2008.

For now, Bush is dealing a strong hand. But it's a bit of the luck of the draw whether our party's next candidate will be as strong. And if they are bucking an economic headwin, it could get rough.

I tell ya kayak, I've been paying attention to these elections for a long time and I have never seen a candidate as flawed as John Kerry. I never even gave him a chance in this primary because I have always known what he stood for. I remember his anti-war stand in 1971 and beyond, I remember his speeches on the Senate floor trashing President Reagan for using excessive force against Qaddafi, and his reckless Arms Race. I remember my father cursing John Kerry as a Traitor, I remember my Cousin, (who was labeled by Kerry as a "War Criminal" for his service as a Marine in Vietnam) saying that John Kerry better never visit a Military Base if he enjoyed breathing.

Howard Dean worried me a bit, but John Kerry has a past that is "Target Rich", even his recent voting record resembles a Ship a drift without a Compass. IMHO, the simple fact is that John Kerry doesn't possess the things one needs to be a serious candidate for the Office of the POTUS

Someone else had a good line - wish I could remember - something about the charisma of Gore, the morals of Klintoon and the politics of Dean. It was a three way comparison, and I'm sure that Gore was in the list. The rest is hazy ...

All through these primaries, it seemed to me that Bill and Hitlary never laid much of a hand on Kerry. But if anyone else threatened, then jumped on them.

This tells me Hitlary is sleeping comfortably tonight (well, as well as it is possible for someone of her moral stature to sleep). No risk that there will be an incumbent 'Rat president in 2008 to oppose her.

I still can't tell whether she will make a move for first or second chair this time around - but Kerry's going nowhere fast.

Hillary will be ousted in 2006 and never return to public life. After 40 years of Democrats controlling everything in Congress and the Media, we are now in the middle of a major shift. The word "Liberal" never used to be a moniker that Democrats avoided, these days they consider calling them a Liberal as a "Negative Attack" on their patriotism.

All across this country we have seen a shift in the political landscape. No longer do the Democrats own the Domestic issues, no longer do the Labor Unions dominate like they used to (Outsourcing). Conservatives now own the South and we are more trusted on issues concerning foreign policy and National Security. In the modern world, National Security is, and will remain the top concern we will face, and the Democrats have ZERO credibility in this area and it will take 40 years before they will ever have a chance of getting that credibility back. We live in dangerous times and most Americans know it

Sleep well my friend, and remember, Hillary is the type of person that will draw the other 50% of Americans that never vote on election day, out of their homes and get to the Polls like never before, The shadow that Hillary cast is a dark one and many Americans know a crook when they see one, and Hillary will get to know them if she ever runs for high office :-)

BTW, Here is a Kerry Quote on Reagan's response to Gadhafi in the 1980's.

In other words, He doubted the evidence against Gadhafi, and he considered Ronald Reagan's response as over the top.

When I read some of GWB's comments from early in his presidency, I can see that he has a firm grasp on reality and it makes me respect him all the more. Within 2 weeks of the attacks of 9/11, George W. Bush was preparing all of us for the struggles we would face in the months and years to come. Most of which are simply Prophetic when you think about it.

I'm very confident that we are in a war between good & evil and evil can never win if it's confronted by good, God has told us so.

Interesting! I agree with Rush. I heard Dean's tirade when he addressed his troops. It did not seem to me that he had truly lost it. It was ridiculous, but no more so than many a politician trying to fire up his supporters. So, I believe that the democrats WERE putting him down to let Kerry get ahead of him. And I believe that the liberal media pounced on it as ordered.

So, YES, I think Kerry has even less emotional stability than Dean.

I think the dems wanted a candidate so far to the left that when Hitlery steps in, she'll appear less to the left and claim to be the centrist candidate.
