The other day Rush described Kerry as being Dean without the charisma and without the emotional stability .... LOL!

I tell ya kayak, I've been paying attention to these elections for a long time and I have never seen a candidate as flawed as John Kerry. I never even gave him a chance in this primary because I have always known what he stood for. I remember his anti-war stand in 1971 and beyond, I remember his speeches on the Senate floor trashing President Reagan for using excessive force against Qaddafi, and his reckless Arms Race. I remember my father cursing John Kerry as a Traitor, I remember my Cousin, (who was labeled by Kerry as a "War Criminal" for his service as a Marine in Vietnam) saying that John Kerry better never visit a Military Base if he enjoyed breathing.

Howard Dean worried me a bit, but John Kerry has a past that is "Target Rich", even his recent voting record resembles a Ship a drift without a Compass. IMHO, the simple fact is that John Kerry doesn't possess the things one needs to be a serious candidate for the Office of the POTUS

Someone else had a good line - wish I could remember - something about the charisma of Gore, the morals of Klintoon and the politics of Dean. It was a three way comparison, and I'm sure that Gore was in the list. The rest is hazy ...

BTW, Here is a Kerry Quote on Reagan's response to Gadhafi in the 1980's.

In other words, He doubted the evidence against Gadhafi, and he considered Ronald Reagan's response as over the top.

John Kerry recently said that if he was president, he would have been ready to send troops into Haiti to protect the corrupt de-facto Dictator, Aristide, but would have waited for the blessings of the U.N. before removing a murderous tyrant like Saddam Hussein who has been flipping us the bird for 12 years. These are the thoughts of a man who is lacking the basic principles of what we have stood for. Like it or not, we are the defender of freedom and I think that is a label that all of us can be proud of. Throughout our history we have been freedom's defender and we have managed to become the most powerful nation on Earth while doing so, This leads me to the words President Bush so eloquently spoke in his Sept. 20th address to Congress shortly after 9/11.

"After all that has just passed -- all the lives taken, and all the possibilities and hopes that died with them -- it is natural to wonder if America's future is one of fear. Interesting! I agree with Rush. I heard Dean's tirade when he addressed his troops. It did not seem to me that he had truly lost it. It was ridiculous, but no more so than many a politician trying to fire up his supporters. So, I believe that the democrats WERE putting him down to let Kerry get ahead of him. And I believe that the liberal media pounced on it as ordered.

So, YES, I think Kerry has even less emotional stability than Dean.

I think the dems wanted a candidate so far to the left that when Hitlery steps in, she'll appear less to the left and claim to be the centrist candidate.
