Alas, thank you, again!

onyx, your tag is so true. RE: Russert -- but after Rudolph Giuliani look who, he has Carville and Matilin. Interesting to hear Carville talk about a Manufacturing Czar after hearing Chris Wallace on Fox hammer the same point with Marc Racicot. hmmmmm. Democrat talking points.

Love your verbs! Media "burnishing" = polishing to make smooth and glossy. "Poopers spewing" = vomiting or casting out of mouths.

I've grown glassy-eyed w/the media's repetitious choices in headlines: slams, rips, fights, slashes, etc.

Chris W almost had to grab Juan to keep him in his seat. Juan was getting hot--at Britt--talking about jobs and job creation.

I do not remember JFK supporting a strong military, evidence: Vietnam and Korea.

IIRC, didn't JFK run against RMN on sprucing up our missiles and bridging the missile gap that had been created when we supposedly fell behind during the DDE administration?

Oh, and JFK cut taxes big time, baby!!

Juan was double-teamed today. First it was Bill Krystol, beating up on Juan about the U.S. having the best economy in the world.

Then Brit took over.

Not a good day for Juan

There is more to the story of "stood down the soviets". JFK secretly agreed to remove US missiles from Turkey as a quid pro quo for the Soviets removing their missiles from Cuba. The US public never knew this at the time, and I doubt if many know today. The newspapers and major media never reported it.

Y'all shoulda seen Ben Stein on some Fox panel yesterday blow up at some lib woman. Stein had said that we need to be honest about the fact that the gov. can do very little to create jobs and that many people will need to retrain. This woman started yelling that this wasn't true, that a Kerry administration might bar imports from countries that don't pay a "living wage," (i.e., the same wages as are paid in the US). Ben tried to explain that it was foolish to think that China would raise wages to our level, but the woman kept cutting him off. Finally an exasperated Ben says, "Oh for Christ sake, can I talk? Why don't you shut your mouth!"

The Fox moderator, can't think of his name, kinda got down on Ben for that, but I thought it was pretty cool!

Interesting. The media didn't report it is not the first time they've failed to live up to their calling. Thank God for the internet NOW.

Peach,

I have a new ad ready to go, but my server is having problems accepting uploads - it's been ready for 12 hours.

Do you know anyone who might let me host the file on their server until my server is working again?

If so, have them FReepmail me with instructions for uploading to their server.

Notice -- every time the president brings the debate back to terrorism, Kerry flips out.

Duly noted. Thanks for finding us here. Peach has loads of information that's 24CT GOLD.

We need more of that agression.

It is not being rude it is putting a spoiled little brat in her place. I think democrat/leftist talking heads need a collective spanking. (the problem is they would probably enjoy it.)

No, Rose...this isn't true.

Don't lose sight of this....The DemonRats have shown the depths they'll sink to WAY too early in this campaign. We have now seen and understand the depravity of the enemy.

And, we have both the smarts and the money to wage a campaign to make the Demons wish they'd never opened their mouths.

"...pay estimated income tax quarterly"

So, do you think using IRS filings (quarterly for self-employed, monthly for employees) would be more accurate, similarly in-accurate, or even less accurate than the current system?

Alternatively, do you (or anyone) have a suggestion for a more trustworthy, accurate system?
