Kerry may not be going. It says he's "sending a team" to Iraq. Hmmm..where's the Kerry "courage"?
To: Peach
I see that Kerry is putting together a team to go to Iraq with him so he can formulate a policy.I nominate Sean Penn, Rep. McDermott, and Dan Rather to interview Sadaam Hussein.

Maybe the ride in is the reason her hair was so mussed. Imagine being at a stoplight in the car next to them. What an image that brings to mind!

I just went back and looked - you're right. Too bad...would have been interesting to see the metrosexual trying to act tough around our troops.

Kerry might have a point with Iran. He could bore them to death. Thank God Gore wasn't in the race this time. Could you imagine Gore and Kerry on stage debating each other?!?!?!
To: rintense
Major snoozefest.

I can't see our troops feeling that Kerry is one of their brothers when he voted AGAINST funding for their equipment.

Let's see...the RATS sponsor a contest to find the best anti-Bush ads and they all do the Bush = Hitler BS and then there's the libelous claims of AWOL and the worst economy blah blah blah...then the GOP website ahs one relatively mild yet truthful ad about Kerry and the RATS cry negative and hateful?? Oh yeah that makes sense....NOT!

Definitely not one of their brothers or on their side.
And considering how he has demeaned National Guard service and we have such a large contingent over there, he's probably afraid of being booed (or worse) by them.

Oh, I see. So because he's the Presidential 'candidate', he thinks he can act 'Presidential' by sending his own team? Hey John Boy, why not get off your liberal, elitist ass and go there yourself! Knowing Kerry, he'd blame post-Vietnam syndrome for not being able to go.

My thoughts exactly. Thanks for the heads up, Alas Babylon!

This is all Mary has to do to smackdown Carville...
To: Alas Babylon!
Mary Matilin didn't use this exact word, but essentially she was 'right on' in describing kerry as a chameleon--able to adapt his 'policies' to whatever group he is with.
Kerry the chameleon.
That has a nice ring to it.
