IF KERRY WERE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE "LOSS OF JOBS" BECAUSE OF BUSH, HE COULD WIN A VERY HARD PLUS IF HE COULD CONVINCE HIS WIFE TO SOMEHOW INFLUENCE H.J.HEINZ 57 TO CLOSE OVER 50 PLANTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND BRING ALL THOSE JOBS BACK TO THE USA AND THE HARDWWORKING DEMOCRATS AND RAISE THEIR WAGES. THAT WOULD REALLY GIVE BUSH A "KICK IN THE PANTS". DO YOU THINK THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN?????

He's been trying to get his Caps Lock unstuck since October of 2000, and finally gave up.

No.
Heinz will never close those plants overseas.
Food processing, in most cases, is most cost effective when it is close to the source of the input, i.e. crop.
Bush does risk being painted as "out of touch" with those that will be hurt by outsourcing.
Everyone admits there will be many people hurt by outsourcing and if the bulk of this pain comes before Nov. 2004 then Bush could get hurt by this issue.
