Our great-grandson, J.D. will be undergoing surgery tomorrow to install a shunt in his brain to drain the cysts that occupy the right half of his brain. J.D. was born with nothing but a mass of cysts instead of healthy brain matter. Last month an MRI showed that the left side of his brain has regenerated. They believe that draining the cysts on the right side may allow the right side to regenerate. J.D. is a miracle baby already. He wasn't supposed to live. I am asking for prayers for J.D. as he goes into surgery tomorrow and prayers that his brain regenerates.

Wow....what a cute baby! Prayers going out for J.D. and his family. I have a cousin who also has a shunt....he's a happy and healthy twenty two year old.
