Since he's been running primarily on his service in VN, he cetainly should release his entire records.

"That might be the height of hypocrisy, for people who never went to Vietnam [to ask for Kerry's wartime medical file]," Cleland, a leading Kerry backer, told WABC Radio's Steve Malzberg.

That is beginning to really pi$$ me off.

Do they really want that dividing line?

If he is running for president then he should release all his records. He has made such a big deal out of his war hero status he has to release them.

That's right. If the idiot liberals want to hawk Kerry's "war record," there's certainly nothing wrong in asking for details.

He's a "war hero," after all. Liberals say so. Liberal idiots would never lie.

After reading that interview, it's really easy to see why Clelland is out of work.

Why didn't Ketchup Boy come out and say that for himself instead of hiding behind Sen. Cleland's wheelchair?

" Or he's been promised a big job in the Kerry administration. Secretary of Defense Cleland?"

Congratulations! You hit the nail on the head.

We all forget that these people are elitists liberals. They never have to release any document the don't want. How dare we question his honor.

Our Liberal media will not pursue it either. They just go after Republicans.

One way or the other JF'ingKs military service was dishonorable. Either he was in on the atrocities, or he didn't report them.

Does Bush...as Prez, legally have the right to see Kerry's file?

If Bush was pressured to release his medical exam reports during his National Guard service, why isn't Kerry releasing his medical records from his service in Vietnam? There is something to be said for being forthcoming. What does he have to hide?

Dont know the 'legalities' but when Kerry stands up and touts his record while denigrating Bush's service as well as all who ever served in the Guard, I think its reasonable to want to delve into Kerry's record. He (Kerry) is the one who keeps injecting his record into the mix and then hiding when someone wants to ask questions.

Kerry is a phony!

ahhhh, I think I see the intent of your question. Does a Commander-in-Chief have the right to review military records? Interesting point!

Hillary thought her and her co-commander-in-chief had the right to 900 FBI files, which the Clintons use even to this day.

The point of full disclosure of Kerry's medical records is that Kerry initiated a request to curtail his tour in Vietnam based on his three wounds, which won him Purple Hearts. It appears that Kerry used the letter of the administrative regulation rather than the intent to leave his "band of brothers" behind. In addition to his medical records, Kerry should release his entire service record.

Thanks for this statement. I now clearly understand why this is a big deal.
