If Bush was pressured to release his medical exam reports during his National Guard service, why isn't Kerry releasing his medical records from his service in Vietnam? There is something to be said for being forthcoming. What does he have to hide?

Dont know the 'legalities' but when Kerry stands up and touts his record while denigrating Bush's service as well as all who ever served in the Guard, I think its reasonable to want to delve into Kerry's record. He (Kerry) is the one who keeps injecting his record into the mix and then hiding when someone wants to ask questions.

Kerry is a phony!

ahhhh, I think I see the intent of your question. Does a Commander-in-Chief have the right to review military records? Interesting point!

Hillary thought her and her co-commander-in-chief had the right to 900 FBI files, which the Clintons use even to this day.
