Has Same-Sex Marriage Eliminated The Estate Tax? (How's this scenario....)

Your Mom and Dad have a ton of money, and much of it will be hit with heavy estate taxes when they both pass on.
So, let's say your Dad dies, and your Mom has all the money.
Now, if marriage is going to be defined as an agreement between consenting adults, simply marry your Mother. She does love you, doesn't she? And you love her!
You become her husband. If necessary, she can legally disown you as her son.
When she passes on, her estate, which you share as you're married, will go laterally to you, her spouse, rather than vertically between generations.
Of course, if your Mom predeceases your Dad, simply marry your Dad. Same-sex? No problem!
Heck, marry them both.
Bigamy? Oh please...that's so discriminatory.
In fact, get married to your own children too so you have a family not of parents and children but solely of spouses.
Any attorneys and tax accounts out there who want to weigh in before I call my widowed Mother?

Its just not "Fair" that my son and I cannot share medical insurance, just because we sleep in separate bedrooms. The Supreme Court said that the right to privacy precludes judging behavior in bedrooms! (Or something like that!) LOL!
I demand that the govt recognize our "Marriage."

Maybe for those of us with wealthy parents, we should support this. (sarcasm)
Frankly, I think the train left the station a while ago and we've lost this one. The culture war is OVER.
Did anyone hear Cal Thomas on FNC Saturday night? I missed it but a friend told me that Thomas has been researching the gay issue. He has found that for several years news organizations have been advertising openly for gay reporters. Those reporters have been hired and pushing their agenda.

If I had to choose between those folks that are opposed to gay marriage and:
-- the Vigilante mayor of San Francisco illegally giving out marriage licenses to same-sex couples -- the mayor of New Palze, NY (ditto above)
-- the folks in that New Mexico county (ditto above)
-- the folks filing the lawsuit in Florida suing for same-sex marriages
-- (whoever I've left out doing the same)
-- The Faggachusetts Court telling the legislature they MUST write a law APPROVING gay marriage.
... I'll take those opposed to gay marriage. I am opposed to same-sex marriage myself. I fault the MAYORS taking blatantly ILLEGAL actions (Vigilante actions) and LIBERAL judges not making decisions based on the law, etc. These people should be dealt with HARSHLY. Judges should be impeached and thrown out of office. Legal action should be taken against mayors NOT upholding the laws/going AGAINST the law.
I don't FAVOR an amendment on such a thing, but given the situation of out-of-control judges and mayors, what other remedy is there ? I don't see another way.
So until I see an EFFECTIVE alternative remedy, I would support the amendment.
