Can you only imagine if GW Bush were seen on the campaign trail with a man who had sex with a 14 year old girl John Kerry has been surging in the polls and has been critical of Howard Dean’s assistant possibly being guilty of domestic violence against his wife.
Yet, Consider one other case: Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul and Mary. Who this week performed at a John Kerry fundraiser. You may recall at one point John Kerry imitated a joint smoking fan, or maybe he himself was a former pot smoker. Kerry who has also been called. John F'n Kerry because of his use of the f word when criticizing President GW Bush is now on tour with an ex con who served time for sexual relations with a 14 year old girl.
The folk-pop trio has enjoyed a family-friendly image for decades, and has even done albums of children's songs. Back in 1970, however, Yarrow pleaded guilty to taking "immoral and improper liberties" with a 14-year-old girl.
According to media reports, the girl and her 17-year-old sister went to Yarrow's hotel room seeking an autograph, and the musician answered the door naked and made a sexual advance that stopped short of intercourse. The 14-year-old victim resisted his advances but did not shout or leave the room.
Yarrow served three months of a one- to three-year prison term. In 1981, he was pardoned by President Jimmy Carter. The singer has acknowledged the incident as "the most terrible mistake I have ever made." Today, it is all but forgotten.

In the absense of a confirming sorce, I think the picture's a fake. there is some intrnal evidence based on the date showing through from the back on another page. This one's really good, however, because of the supporting text.
