I like your rally logo, AMM. And of course, I'll be there!
A couple of corrections, for thread II... Mr. Al-Jazairi's first name is Nofel. He is a wonderful, quiet man, who is deeply appreciative of all that his adopted country (the US) has done to save his birth country from the madman Hussein. And his sons are great kids. His oldest two acted as my bodyguards during our counterprotest of the Code Pink-o march last year. :-)
Last correction, Kristinn is the co-leader of the DC Chapter. Angelwood is the other co-leader. (I know, I proofread my posts several times, and as soon as I hit "send," darned if I don't notice a mistake I missed correcting. It's good this activism stuff isn't a paying gig; I'd surely be fired by now.)

Thanks. Hanging my head in shame leaving out his Mr. Al-Jazairi's name. I have met him at the last DC troop rally and was deeply moved by the thanks that he asked to pass along to my sons. Now if I could only repair the post here. The web is repaird.

Oh sweetie, I know how hard you are working to make this rally happen; there's bound to be a thing or two that slips past the proofread - I'm remembering how CSPAN twice made a glaring mistake in their coverage of our past rallies. Hold your head up, girl!

It has been a while since Ive been to DC, and I had a bear of a time finding a place to park around The Mall. - and walking isnt one of my strong points. Does a handicap tag help?

I usually write up a comment on Word - spelling and typos - proofread that and paste to the comments box. I again proofread and preview, hit send

There's still errors!

"I had a bear of a time finding a place to park around The Mall. - and walking isnt one of my strong points." Parking in a satellite lot and riding the MetroRail in might be the best way to minimize the walking...I don't know how many handicapped spaces there are around there.
