Drudge will talk about nothing but the Academy Awards tonight. That's okay. The Oscar winners will probably borrow a page from Howard Dean's script and talk about nothing but taking America back from Rush Limbaugh.

"Accepting" a VP position would be an easy way to slither into the 2008 nomination. An Arkancide could put her in the White House sooner than 2008.

I don't understand how "age of consent" is a states' rights issue but sodomy is somehow federal.

Drudge's show should be good tonight.Well I'm sure not going to watch the Oscars and listen to the Bush bashing all night. I'll see you on the Drudge thread later.

I really kind of hope they do. I think (JMO of course) that American's are at that turning point, and need a nudge. All those tuning in to the "LEFT FEST" tonight need to be reminded of how the so called entertainment industry has contributed to the moral decline of our country in the last 40 years.

Democrats don't recognize God,so what is the point. They prohibit God from any public place. He is only allowed inside your home and church until one of their judges decides otherwise.
To: TomGuy
Nothing changed--they are awaiting orders from TerryMcA and HClinton. You can bet TMcA and HC are viewing the day's events.Nail hit firmly on the head with that post. I have no doubt that they are calling ALL of the shots for the puppets.

Kerry believes in keeping God in the closet like an old suit and taking Him out, dusting Him off, only when absolutely necessary...as in trying to get flyover country votes.

As a concession to the 'stars' for the five second delay they are being told they can speak for as long as they wish without being cut off.
Maybe they should change the name of the show to BLOWHARDS R US.......

KERRY NOT SURE GOD ON AMERICA'S SIDE;
DAN RATHER IN SHOWDOWN WITH SHARPTON;
MILLIONAIRE EDWARDS PRESSED ON 'AVERAGE GUY' IMAGE
Sun Feb 29 2004 ET
Democrat frontrunner John Kerry is not sure God is on America's side in the war terrorism. Kerry made the startling comments during Sunday's Democrat presidential debate in New York City.
Elizabeth Bumiller of the NEW YORK TIMES asked Kerry: "President Bush has said that freedom and fear have always been at war, and God is not neutral between them. He's made quite clear in his speeches that he feels God is on America's side.
"Is God on America's side?"
KERRY: Well, God will -- look, I think -- I believe in God, but I don't believe, the way President Bush does, in invoking it all the time in that way. I think it is -- we pray that God is on our side, and we pray hard. And God has been on our side through most of our existence.

As a concession to the 'stars' for the five second delay they are being told they can speak for as long as they wish without being cut off.Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I heard on the news that only applies for certain catagories. The powers that be want the more "major" award winners to have unlimited time to speak.
That's how the Hollywood elite work. They love to talk about injustice, but when push comes to shove, they don't have a clue. Why should some winners have more time to speak than others?

My husband and I have not been to a movie in many a year.
We don't rent movies either. As a result I don't recognize the names of most of the people up for awards and know nothing about the topics of their movies either.
Hubby did watch Driving Miss Daisy on TV last night and said it was excellent.
