MAJOR Anti-Kery Ad! Kerry Accuses Vets of War Crimes (has THE actual Audio)
The mother of all anti-Kerry ads! It includes audio from Kerry's 1971 testimony, where Kerry accuses Vets of war crimes.
Just right-click HERE, then and choose "save as."

So what. It's not on our website, that is a link to what someone else is posting. And it IS damning. Ronin:
Pardon me if I err on the Conservative side.
And fyi:
Copyright complaint from Corbis
If Corbis backed off of Jim, then that is great. It was my understanding that we shouldn't post Corbis pics because they are aggressive on pursuing their copyright rights. In that link, they are threatening legal action against Jim Robinson for us posting parody pics based on their pictures. (I deleted an URL of a pic I made that was based on one of their photos).
Posting LINKS to Corbis stuff (or things that were borrowed from them) is okay then ?
Before ya'll flame me, understand I AM NOT a lawyer. I'm just trying to figure out if we CAN OR CANNOT post Corbis' stuff here without getting the boss (Jim Robinson) in hot water on the legal front.
Maybe I should post to Jim on that thread (or Freepmail) and find out WHAT is safe and what is not safe to post.

jm,
It looks good to me. Thanks for the work.
Chad,
Did you save it to your computer?
Or are you trying to run it from the web site?

I love this photo. If only ALL our Vietnam vets could have been welcomed home like this by America, instead of being spat upon thanks to people like John Kerry.

I'm betting the ad was edited with Sony Vegas 4.0. Correct?
To: MeekOneGOP
Yes. Legally, *links* to off-site materials are fine -- as long as the links do not create a *copy* that appears on FR (the essence of copyright).
So, posting a link to a video elsewhere that does not appear on FR, like a vid, are okay.
But, if the picture *appears* in a thread, that is not okay.

Hey,
If anyone is interested, I have broadcast versions of this ad. It would be great if some of you would get some air time in a local market and run it.
Let me know.

Okay. I think I get it now. Let me think out loud here: The URL that I made that was based on a Corbis copyrighted pic, I could LINK it here on FR and JR would not be legally 'liable' with Corbis. (Similar to part of your video having a pic of their in it). But Corbis COULD go after me for using their pic.
I get it.
Anyway, I don't have a lawyer and have no intention of reviving my URL ! ;^)

I don't know how to get it to the RNC.
I would like to try to raise money to air them, though... I just don't know how to go about doing that.
Doh!
Any ideas, RM?

Exactly. As long as the pic itself doesn't show up on an FR page, Jim is fine. However, Corbis could go after *me*.
I say, to him, "Bring it on!" The press would be great!

I don't know how to get it to the RNC .... Me either, but they NEED to see this video ad(s) you have made.
But if I ping a few others here, maybe somebody has some pull with the RNC
or can ping somebody that can help, etc. ...
