[history]
The parents of a 10-year-old boy suspended from a public school for sexual harassment are shocked and angry that a playground outburst by their son has been given such a distressing and politically charged label.
Insisting that the first-year principal at Theodore Judah Elementary School overreacted and used poor judgment, they say they are appealing the suspension and want the "ridiculous" punishment stricken from the boy's record.

It's a good thing I don't have children. I think I would have punched the principal out just for the hell of it.
This insanity has got to be stopped. Maybe it will take "civil disobedience" to cure the ills.

Good thing you DIDN'T go to the office! SHE would be suspended for bullying, violence, and anything else they could tack on. Self defense is anathema to the Left, even more than PC 'issues'.

This was definately the case in the school my son attended. The female vice principal was a feminazi... I don't have any kids in high school but I did see a picture of our local high school teacher. Holy cow! Talk about your clipped-hair-encouraging-the-sterotype feminazi! And I live in a suburban township in central Ohio. If I had a son I would never enroll him in this school. Come to think about it, if I had I would never enroll her either.

Being that the young Clemenza made comment that would make this kid blush and would frequently goose his female classmates in the Sixth Grade, I feel for this kid.

Between conservatives railing at the site of the human body and liberals criminalizing the discussion of it, our kids are going to be afraid to reproduce.

This war to demonize boys has been going on for years. From the year they first started prescribing Ritalin to our sons.

Today's schools encourage snitching on fellow students and on parents.
Safe Schools and all that.

What we may be dealing with here is a clear case of "thought police" mentality. What sort of flaming ass would charge the boy who made the comment to a "friend" who then told the putative 'victim'?
Only on a society of asylum escapees would the "friend" not be blamed - for if he had not told the victim then nothing would have occurred.
I suggest that the family retain a good attorney and sue a long list of defendants; the "friend", all scruel personnel who participated in this egregious misuse of authority, and such scruel system administrators as can be linked to this event.
