FReeper Law Review Note: Compassionately Safeguarding Citizens' Rights
I just finished my Law Review "note" and I am submitting it for publication. I am looking for comments, reviews, and suggestions from all you legal- and lay-Freepers. Here is an excerpt from the introduction of the note so you can have an idea what it is about:
A citizens exclusive right to vote in federal elections is the very essence of national sovereignty. Any threat to that right, e.g. vote dilution, non-citizen voting, or vote fraud, directly threatens our sovereignty. Our failure to effectively enforce our immigration laws threatens to dilute the visage of our national borders. One result of this failure is the judicial extension of rights once reserved for legal citizens to non-citizens even some non-citizens whose presence in the United States is illegal. A new federal electoral paradigm is necessary to safeguard the federal voting rights of citizens while accommodating the fundamental human rights of non-citizens.
You can download the whole thing by right-clicking HERE, and then clicking "save-as".
Enjoy!
I look forward to your remarks :)
Also, please let me know if you think you know a publication (like another Law Review or Journal) that might be interested in running it (my school only has the right of first refusal).

What do you think about some state's regulations on independant...non repub/democrat voters not being able to vote in primary elections?
