C-Span Alert (Debate begins this morning @ 9:30am on S. 1805 & Assasult Weapons Ban Renewal)

Senate debate on the gun manufactures liability bill will begin at 9:30 this morning on C-Span2. Expect Feinstein to attach her Assault Weapons Ban renewal rider on it. Also McCain may attach a rider closing the so called "gun show loophole". This is it folks.

They want PRIVATE citizens not to be able to buy/sell guns to other PRIVATE citizens!

There should be a test. If you can't answer simple questions about guns, their operation and the 2nd Ammendment you must be banned from voting. That ought to eliminate 90% of the gun grabbers. After all, how could the uneducated make an educated vote?

Better yet, make them point to the part in the consitution that gives them the authority to even write a law involving firearms. In fact, too bad they aren't required to do that for every bill they write.

It would be entertaining to see one of these gun grabbers explain how banning a firearm because of its physical appearance somehow makes me safer.
Does anyone know where I can find statistics relating to bayonet lugs on guns used in a crime for the last 30 years?
