Better yet, make them point to the part in the consitution that gives them the authority to even write a law involving firearms. In fact, too bad they aren't required to do that for every bill they write.

In fact, too bad they aren't required to do that for every bill they write.That was done in Colorado. A law was passed requiring bills to state the constitutional basis of their content. It was ignored. A conservative (a real consevative, before the rise of the neo's semi's and psuedo's) radio talk show personality (Tim Kern) tried to push and enforce the issue. He was ignored.
