My precious Prayer Warriors,
Once again, we need your help and love. I had to admit Norman to the hospital yesterday.
I don't understand why, because he seemed to be doing much better. His attitude was terrific, we had a peace, and I was able to get more food in him.
But when he had the biopsy, he began with immediate severe pain, sweats, and more labored breathing. Yesterday when he got up he told me he didn't know whether it was morning or night and he couldn't remember our daughter's name. So I prayed all the while he was napping to get guidance. When Norm woke up, I couldn't get him out of bed. He was coherent, but in so much pain he couldn't sit up.
I called 911 and got him in the hospital. They kept him in ICU until 2:am, then moved him into a room.
Today, he's having a hard time breathing. The surgeon said he couldn't operate because they'd found several pockets of fluid and couldn't see the mass thru the fluid.
So they're taking him in tomorrow..Thurs...to drain the liquid. He also said that the results of the biopsy showed probable cancer cells. They have to get his breathing stabilized before they can operate.
He needs all of us to keep him lifted up..he's too weak to fight. Please, pray for us.
At this point I don't know what to think. The Lord seems to be saying to not be afraid and speaks thru His word of victory.
I'm just so broken-hearted, I can't seem to stay up where I need to be. The thought of losing him is just more than I can bear. How do you lose the biggest and best part of your soul and survive?
Please, stay strong in prayer for us.
In His Love, EW
