I Salute you for your service! I served 24 years & during that time I was deployed 9 times into no name wars & twice in Vietnam. I don't have any purple hearts or individual medals for bravery. Using the Kerry criteria for Purple Hearts etc etc. I should have a chest full.
I recommended two Men for medals. One a Navy Corpsman & the other a 19 year old Corporal. The Corporal told me Medals are for the families of the KIAs not for the lucky.
I don't believe in luck...I came to believe in Angels especially the Guardian types.

So, has everyone noticed that this "scandal" died as soon as the news media figured out that the elected Pubbies weren't taking the bait?!
Just a reminder to review post #93 on this thread so that we all remember the many ways that our opponents are trying to scam us; especially by planting false or exagerated "scandals" in the hopes that they'll catch *us* repeating such nonsense.
