Fingerprints help agents find man deported for life
BY BILL HESS
Sierra Vista Herald/Review
DOUGLAS - The fingerprinting of an apprehended illegal immigrant has again led to discovering a person who was deported for life after being convicted in Colorado for sexual assault of a child. Jose Espinoza-Lagunas, 25, was taken into custody Thursday by U.S. Border Patrol agents from the Douglas Station about 10 miles east of Douglas, Tucson Sector spokesman Rob Daniels said Friday afternoon.
As part of the routine process involving illegal immigrants his fingerprints were transmitted through a biometric identification system and they came back that he was a person who was not allowed to be in the United States, Daniels said. Espinoza-Lagunas served a four-year term in Colorado and was then deported back to Mexico, he said.
He is being held in the Tucson federal prison complex pending an appearance before a federal magistrate to determine what will happen to him, Daniels said.
Espinoza-Lagunas could face federal charges. If convicted, he could serve a sentence and be deported.
He also could be deported without facing any additional federal charges.

Let me see if I got this right:
This perp was "deported for life" and he got right back into the United States...
...and the "solution" is to deport him AGAIN without charges??
Is it just me, or is something seriously screwed up here?

Is it just me, or is something seriously screwed up here? Just another example of the quality of "noble migrant worker" that breaks into the country, tramples our desert area strewing trash and feces all the way, and sleeps under the mesquite trees or in the culverts under our roads right next to the bus stops where the children of Cochise County, Arizona get on and off the school bus.
They're coming here to sexually assault the children that American's won't...

"If convicted, he could serve a sentence and be deported. "
And with our 'open borders' he will be back in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Mr. President

With the two way swinging gates at the Mexican border, he'll be back again. This is disgusting. Oh, gosh, maybe he'll vote for our open borders President, do ya think?

Spiff, I've been running variations on this joke into the ground myself, but jeez.
Ultimately, they're here to wipe their feet on the laws we're too lazy to.
Their here to erode the sovereignty we don't pay attention too.
Their here to corrupt the greedy employers who'd remain above-board otherwise.
Their here to be shackled and tossed onto transports if I had anything to say about it.

It does seem to work at least some of the time -- if they come through the legal ports of entry. If this guy is a child molester, they should keep him locked up --- why release him --- he'll just come back one way or the other and even if he doesn't, he's likely to rape children in Mexico.
