John Kerry to strike back at "infidelity"-coverage, will appear on Imus-Show

Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry is set to strike back at the "infidelity"-coverage by "Drudge Report" joining Don Imus on his Friday morning talk show.

"Drudge Report" had first broken the news of intense US media investigation into the two-year relationship of Kerry and a young woman, which is said they had since Spring 2001. The woman is said to remain at an undisclosed location in Africa.

From the looks of Kerry, I'd say he 'invented' himself...in a lab with Igor! Or was that Algore?

ROFLOL! That's FUNNY, and not a far stretch either.

A Democrat must have wrote this headline...how can you "appear" on a radio show?

Ah, well Imus likes to pay kingmaker. How he stands that Dodd is beyond me. Imus likes Kerry also if I remember correctly. Come November, Imus will endorse and vote for President Bush. Again.

Why? Imus is a liberal pig.

His show is almost incoherent. The man takes 10 minutes to get through a single sentence, much less a thought. And then it's time for a break.

I'd wager he's practicing saying ''I did not pay anyone to leave the country and I am not now paying Miss Lewinsky for anyone's upkeep abroad.''

Parsed carefully, in Bent Willy fashion, no, he didn't pay for ANYONE to leave the country, but instead he paid for one specific person to do so.

And, of course, the second clause is to be parsed in exactly the same fashion.

The reference to Miss Lewinsky reference is gratuitous, but -- given the context -- more or less unavoidable.

That's it! Shoot the messenger!

What ever you do, don't watch (or listen)!

For the Record: f'n Kerry was scheduled for Friday before the intern story broke.

So, George Bush goes on Meet The Press on NBC with Tim Russert when things get hot; John Kerry goes on Don Imus on radio. Is Kerry going to show charts and graphs?

Deliberately propagating lies (not to mention lying before Congress) is a big story and perhaps an act of treason. Axis Sally was convicted for it after WWII. It certainly provides aid and comfort to the enemy during wartime.

Well, I don't think there's a statute of limitations on treason and aid/comfort to enemy in wartime.

If by some long chance he is elected, we could impeach him on the day he's inaugerated.

Mmmmm...crunchy Democrat...tastes good.

"ShortNews" is right.
There is nothing offered here. It sounds like the writer is speculating that "Kerry is set to strike back at the 'infidelity'-coverage" simply based on the liklihood that Imus would ask the putrid gigolo about the allegations. But sheesh, anybody could have come up with this. No offense.

Come November, Imus will endorse and vote for President Bush. Again.

I caught a few of his recent shows when he interviewed Hissy Matthews and a good one with George Will.

I think he's leaning toward Kerry. At least, from what I saw.

In Imus' case, I'd like to shoot the messenger. I think he's a moron. An incoherent idiot.

Now, how would I come to that conclusion? Probably from LISTENING TO HIM...the PMSNBC feed is even harder to watch because then, during the breaks, you have to watch his pit crew change his teeth, Depends and brain.

Next thing you'll tell me Howard Stern is a genius!

And why would I care to watch Imus give Kerry a shot at redemtion and lying? Imus is a typical NY jerk and left wing moron. Oh, he pretends to be a "centrist" and such, but the man drools in his morning Ensure he's so far gone.

Imus or Bernard McQuirk will probably mention something at the beginning of today's program about when f'n was scheduled. No doubt Kerry was just planning to get some air time. Imus doesn't do charts and Kerry will probably be on by phone anyway. Usually a segment like this would run 15-20 minutes. My guess it will run at least 30 minutes today. The I-Man will set it up with small talk but, in the end, he will not allow it to be boring.

My first thought when I saw that Kerry was going to be on today was that he would back out. I don't think he can do that now.

Let me know when you hear what time he'll be on.

My drive time is around 0555 to 0630.

Don't know if I can get it on the computer, so I'll have to search the offices for a TV that carries MSNBC.

Well, then that is what the elite media is waiting for. Once Imus forces Kerry to address it, then the dogs of the media are unleashed to run with the story. The question will be whether the media follows the leads to uncover the truth, or whether they try to defend Kerry and cover up the tracks of the story with obfuscation and cross-charges.
