Parsed carefully, in Bent Willy fashion, no, he didn't pay for ANYONE to leave the country, but instead he paid for one specific person to do so.

And, of course, the second clause is to be parsed in exactly the same fashion.

The reference to Miss Lewinsky reference is gratuitous, but -- given the context -- more or less unavoidable.

The sad thing saj is that in the lib/dem mindset it's a big plus to have lots of chicks on the side. They play the game differently.
