KERRY FIGHTS OFF MEDIA PROBE OF RECENT ALLEGED INFIDELITY, RIVALS PREDICT RUIN

A frantic behind-the-scenes drama is unfolding around Sen. John Kerry and his quest to lockup the Democratic nomination for president, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
Intrigue surrounds a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
A serious investigation of the woman and the nature of her relationship with Sen. John Kerry has been underway at TIME magazine, ABC NEWS, the WASHINGTON POST and the ASSOCIATED PRESS, where the woman in question once worked.
MORE
A close friend of the woman first approached a reporter late last year claiming fantastic stories -- stories that now threaten to turn the race for the presidency on its head!
In an off-the-record conversation with a dozen reporters earlier this week, General Wesley Clark plainly stated: "Kerry will implode over an intern issue." [Three reporters in attendance confirm Clark made the startling comments.]
The Kerry commotion is why Howard Dean has turned increasingly aggressive against Kerry in recent days, and is the key reason why Dean reversed his decision not to drop out of the race after Wisconsin, top campaign sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

Impotence would not be a problem. Have a cigar and think about it.

If the affair has been over for four years, forget it.I read another article (it's on FR somewhere. There's so many) that reported he recently shipped her overseas. Right before he announced his running. It's a long term affair, I guess.

"Look at 92, when the allegations came out against Clinton. Clinton still won the election."
Clinton won with only 47% of the vote. Not an overwhelming majority."
Actually, Clinton won with only 43%, with Perot taking 19% of the vote. Not a majority of any kind, and a rather small plurality. And remember that the only story about Clinton's affairs at the time of the 1992 elections was the Gennifer Flowers story, and Bill and Hillary swore it was a one-night-stand-type deal that had happened years before. Had a Monica story been well publicized at the time, Clinton would have never been elected even with Perot getting even more votes.

Why would someone run for President if he has a girlfriend on the side? Didn't Kerry think this would come out? Arrogance, of course. It oozes from his every pore. Kerry didn't think his enablers would turn and skewer him.

Hillary's prints are all over this - torpedo Kerry - step in and become savior of the party !!! God help us!Clark was brought in by the Clintons to take out Dean. The Clintons own Clark.
It was not working. In comes The Torch running anti-Dean propaganda. The Clintons own The Torch.
Kerry takes the lead. Clark leaks Kerrys intern scandal. The Clintons own Clark.
It's a Hillary/Edwards ticket.[ Bill Clinton called Edwards and told him to stay in the race right before the Kerry story broke. (Rush)]

The liberals will rise up and take their country back. LOL. Well, in fairness, they *did* blow up a few military recruiting offices back in the '60s and '70s. Let's see... who else uses those tactics? Hmmm.

It's a win-win for Clintons. But it was Clark who told the press. The press admits it. Clark said it was "off the record."

Stop posting fake pics of Hanoi Jane and John together. The real ones are damning enough and posting fakes ruins the value of the real thing,

Clinton didn't win in 1992. Perot cost Bush the election in 1992.

Why would someone run for President if he has a girlfriend on the side? I think the question is do the dems have a candidate who doesn't have a girlfriend on the side?

Unless he killed someone or maybe five someones with whom he had an affair, after selling state secrets to her / them that result in America being nuked before November's election, I don't see this ruining his campaign.
Not after xblubba42.
What I do see is that the dems can't produce a candidate who can beat Bush, for all their rah rah shish koom bah.
It was very helpful of Ms. Fonda to go on CNN last night and DEFEND Kerry for his anti-war protests. Good work, Jane!
