PARIS - In a pre-Valentine's Day protest, animal rights activists stripped down to their red bikini underpants Thursday on the Champs-Elysees, urging couples not to buy gifts of fur to express their love.
"Fur out, love in," read heart-shaped signs that the activists - two men and two women - held over their bare chests exposed to the wintry chill. They kneeled together on a pink mattress placed outside Louis Vuitton's flagship store.

It is amazing how four people who do nothing more than take off their clothes can make international news...

on the Champs-Elysees And why, in France, would they use signs in English? Well, clearly it's a shameless publicity stunt, and also clearly the only reason they did it in France (since they were hoping for international "exposure") was because, well... I dunno. They're weird French people (is there any other kind?)

What gets me is how many of these people can complain about using animal pelts for clothing when most people know what kind of chemical processes are involved in making things like nylon, goretex & other synthetic materials...of course all of these dolts want us to wear wool and hemp clothing...
To: Redcloak
No doubt...I was going to say if you want fur out, you might try to find that razor you used last September.

It should've been titled -"four naked people get 100 reporters to show up to photograph them"

Well, they were indeed looking for "exposure", all right ! lol
Rather pitiful protest, by the way.

It should've been titled -"four naked people get 100 reporters to show up to photograph them" LOL --- so true! What's also funny is that the guys and gals are no more naked than your average St Tropez sunbather.

It should've been titled -"four naked people get 100 reporters to show up to photograph them"If they had served food naked, they would have gotten 500.

Hey!
Some of us like hair under the arms (neatly trimmed of course). At least they aren't wearing headscarves or crucifixes.

Well, teh woman on teh far right shaved her armpits, and her stomach has stretch marks meaning she has been pregnant before.
Doesn't mean she's had children..

Their photos wouldn't get much of a positive response on AmIHot.com either. Sure did get a lot of paparazzi though.
