BUBBA'S BAD BET ON WES SENDS WIFE DOWN-HILL

February 12, 2004 -- AS a political talent scout, Bill Clinton looks like a bit of a dud right now - and that's just one reason wife Hillary's presidential prospects suddenly look dimmer. No one did more to create the Wesley Clark 2004 boomlet than Bill Clinton, who praised the retired general to the skies as one of the Democratic party's two top "stars" - Hillary was the other one - and encouraged a host of allies to back Clark.

They are going to get Kerry after this comment.

"It was so arrogant for Clinton to think he could dictate the Democratic nominee. To talk about Clark as the 'star' was a real slap in the face to Kerry. They tried to trump Kerry's Vietnam War medals with a general," said a prominent party activist.

"It showed that Bill and Hillary don't want to win in 2004 - they want to wait for her to run in 2008. But Democrats want to win now, they don't want to wait around for her chance to run. There's starting to be a real resentment."

You can bet the farm that the Clintons have something already up their sleeves for Kerry's demise

Their M.O. shows that they don't take kindly to being challenged for a position of power or control.

They are probably sitting on enough negative stuff on Kerry, that they can leak to the media through third parties, to bring his campaign crashing down at just the right time.

Timing is everything, plus if Bush looks like a clear winner, they won't have to use it.

It has to be pulled off by their henchmen (remote control) so Hillary can keep her hands clean for 2008.

It is do or die for Hillary as if Kerry wins, she is toast and will never get the very thing she lives for. If anyone thinks the Clintons aren't going to pull out all the stops on this, they must have slept through the 90's

"...Hillary going against Dick Cheney. The witch would never recover."

Cheney would likely demolish her, but how do you think the press would report this turn of events? Only the few people who actually watched the debate and Freepers would ever know. Her recovery would take until shortly after the morning papers came out.

Bingo.

The Clintons assessed their (Hillary!'s) chances for 2004 and opted out. They will run Hillary! in 2008. (I actually believe that until the election they'll work behind the scenes to aid Bush's chances. Afterwards they will seek to discredit and besmirch Bush and all likely Republican candidates for 2008 as they arise.)

"Six months ago, his testicles were removed. Then hormone therapy. He developed bitch tits because his testosterone was too high and his body upped the estrogen. That was where my head fit -- into his sweating tits that hang enormous, the way we think of God's as big."

Mia, I hope you're right about the Clintons being finished. I think their latest record on winning would seem to confirm that. I hope Rudy runs against Hitlery in 2006, cleans her clock and she and Bill and their merry little band of bimbo's are banished to Chappaqua.......forever! Oh yeah, and take McAuliffe with em..........they'd need a manservant. *~*

"Now the Clintons are looking at how to stop John F. Kerry..."

Great observation. Can anyone say 900 FBI files?

"no sane white male would vote for a dem"

Kitty, this is exactly what I said to my husband yesterday--it is so weird to see the very same words here this morning. I truly believe that any non-minority man who votes Dem has a self hatred. These men are the strangest of the strange, and usually pretty ugly too. JMHO.

All we have to do is put Hillary on the ticket and we rev up their base and do their work for them."

That wsas the first thing I thougfht when that boob Morris suggested it on Hannity's show and in addition if the dems continue with the vicious attacks on Bush the base will also be energized

The dumb asses are heading for a repeat of their stupid tactics in Minnesota at Wellstone's funeral

I don't believe that Madame Hillary will accept anything less than the Oval Office...with her considerable derriere sitting behind the desk.

...and not CJ @ USSC?..She will take the CJ position in an Heartbeat....and America's constitutional liberties shall wither very quickly...then she'll take the WH, and ABCNNBC BS will declare "a day of eternal happiness"..with the beginning of her "Personality cult". :((

**why the assumption that if kerry wins in 04 that he'll automatically win in 08?**

why the assumption that the US will survive under a kerry presidency to HAVE an election in 08?
