Homosexual Agenda Ping!
Finally (I admit it's after dark) I wrote my piece - I hope you can add your ideas to it. Time to get off our duffs (I admit I sit on mine way too much) and DO something!
If anyone has good links to anything of interest, put 'em up.
Later, when we've done some of these plans, those with more money can put up bail.

Folks could start by rescinding their "right" to non-procreative sex and their "right" to have children by artificial means.
Both artificial realities render heterosexual marriage indistinguishable from homosexual marriage.
Marriage being the basis of Family, after all.

I think a coordinated activism would help. If we're watching a show and it's pushing things we just don't want, take note of the sponsors and post them. Let's all write and politely tell them our concern and then boycott those who ignore us. Money talks. If they lose money, they won't support these programs. Without support, the shows go away. It's the only power we have. Let's use it.

For a different approach to the Gay Power issues, please see the post which I've originally written for a different forum:
I have nothing against the gays. But every time a social idea is suggested I try to examine it from the point of the impact on the society.
Now, I did not do a real analysis in the case of the Gay marriage and I would not do it (mostly because it is not an interesting issue for me); but I did at least look at it.
Lets take just one issue involved: the insurance. Legalization of the Gay Marriage would force the private employers and the government cover gay couples.
It appears that the cost of such insurance would be considerably higher than that for normal marriage. The reason is a very high HIV infection rate within the gay community (Asacr, it is close to 50% in SF). As I recall, the HIV-suppressant drugs cost alone are about 10K/year. This is a large amount.
It is sufficiently large to raise medical costs for everybody (and, if you check, you'll find them skyrocketing already). For the federal government this means bigger budget deficits; but for small/medium companies this means cutting down on insuring straight families.
The impact on society would be quite unpleasant. Some families with children would lose the insurance; some would have to pay more for it. Additionally, small companies would have darn good reasons to discriminate against gays.
The costs of gay healthcare are unproportionally high, insisting on it means trying to get an unproportional share of resources.
Perhaps someone can get better estimates; this is an issue that may affect millions of people.

[Note: I am not attempting to recap the immediate causes of homosexuality, or prove that it is not inborn, or give evidence as to why same sex acts are abnormal, unhealthy, or immoral, or to prove that homosexuals can change. FR already has hundreds of archived articles of this nature.]

We all know what this is about. Nothing has really changed from the Genesis story about depraved men craving sex with the angels of the Most High. Homosexuality is simply the result of people who refuse to acknowledge their Creator and his right to their life. God gives them over to a reprobate mind the Bible says. Homosexuality is an attempt to spit in the Creators face and to to scoff at His design for one man-one woman marriage. Yes, we have lost it in America. We are no longer a God-fearing nation. Unless we have another great awakening we will soon join the rubble of other civilizations like Greece, Rome, etc. God will move on and bestow his grace on some other people who desire to be His people. It is sad and we all know the incremental reasons for this decline. Read Schaefer's "How Should we then live"
Do what you can Christians. Pray, support a Constitutional amendment, but realize the immutable law of reaping what your sowing. Anita Hill tried and was cut down.

Let's hear some more ideas.Thousands Registered Under France's PACS Law
Friday, January 21st 2000
PARIS -- Since the passage of the Civil Solidarity Pact law in France last October, more than 6,000 same- and opposite-sex couples have registered their unions with the state, the Justice Ministry announced Thursday.
Registrants under the new law, known by its French acronym PACS, are able to enjoy many of the same rights and responsibilities previously restricted only to married couples.
PACS provisions include allowing registered couples to file joint tax returns, collect pension, inheritance and other government-sponsored benefits, and reduce the waiting period for the issuance of foreign residency permits to partners of French nationals from five years to two.
The national debate over PACS legislation raged in France for the better part of two years. Tens of thousands of conservatives marched through the streets last year to denounce the proposed legislation. Opponents, joined by the Roman Catholic Church, issued dire warnings that the legislation would undermine family values and even bring about the end of French civilization.
The Socialists ultimately beat back Conservative attempts to derail the bill and passed PACS reform on October 13, 1999, by a vote of 315 to 249. Gay civil rights groups in France remain angry that the current bill does nothing to ease adoption restrictions and that a waiting period of three years was necessary before gay couples could file joint tax and claim other benefits.
Similar legislation already exists in several European countries, including Iceland, Belgium and Sweden. Laws in Denmark and the Netherlands are even more liberal. Germany is expected to begin debate on a national domestic partnership law early next year.

One of the most important rules in effectively countering the gay agenda is to avoid coming off as the Fred Phelps and other hate mongers.
Protesting at funerals of AIDS victims by claiming they deserve it, or carrying "God hates fags" signs will do more to promote the gay agenda than gays could ever do themselves.
Unless you can present a level-headed and compassionate attitude while showing the dangers of the gay agenda, your efforts are going to backfire.

This is a great article!
I think the hardest part about the homosexual issue is that the media and society really have adopted the 'born that way' mantra. I live in the San Fran bay area, and have a few gay friends. and it has been difficult for me to realize that every one of them are that way because of the parenting they got. The abusive and neglecting father turned the sons gay, the abscent and neglectful mother turned the girls lesbian.
I know this is not what this thread wants to get into, so I won't start this debate. But I do think this is critical to the 'heterosexual rights movement'. ;-)

We all need to call our congressmen and ask that they start impeaching judges. I spoke to Az. Congressman J.D. Hayworth about it this evening, I asked him what it would take to get congress to start impeaching judges. He said some of them are looking at addressing judicial activism, but he didn't give me an answer on impeachment of judges, I told him now is the time to start. He did agree that it would be a good idea to call congressmen, and ask for impeachment of some judges.

Has a study ever been done to determine what percentage of those who self identify as homosexual
suffered a traumatic experience, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse in their childhood?
This study would be strictly PC verboten, but should be done.
