They have long legs

They can be boy bears

There are bear families



And even bear singles.



Some are just downright *different*.





No matter what they look like,
however they feel
Love from a teddy bear
is love that is real.

Hello, Angel and all!

This was me and Uncle Teddy on our way back from Californa.

As we rolled through California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, Uncle Teddy waved at scores of kids as they passed.
My thanks to Brad's Gramma for giving me a traveling companion on the way back, even though Uncle Teddy stuck his paw in my coffee cup several times.

Lol, he has to be related to my woof-woof! Woof-woof adopted me at the drugstore in Jackson, TN when I as about two years old. He was bigger than I was by a head, but he was soft and lovable and cuddly and I wouldn't let him go so he came home with us. My brother (the minister) left him outside and he was lost to me forever until I found his relative at the PearTree toy store.

I am looking at Woof-Woof, Jr. right now. He, along with about a dozen other teddys and stuffed animals share my apartment. When you don't feel good and you don't have another person to cuddle, a Teddy will always be there for you.

Tears. What a beautiful eulogy. The family and friends will remember it for a long time. We must remember that "Freedom ain't Free, you've work for it". I said that so many times on Paltalk and Firetalk and gotten on my soapbox about what we need to do. Saying these things is meaningless without the sacrifice of young men and women like these.
