RATS INVADING TALK RADIO WITH LIES, HYPERBOLE, AND DECEPTION
talk radio | 1-10-04 | DFU

Posted on 02/10/2004 3:12:53 PM PST by doug from upland

Those of you who listen to talk radio have been hearing it more and more. The conversation might start out with, "I voted for George Bush, but....." or "I tend to be conservative, but....." or "I am a moderate and vote the man not the party, but....."

Trust me. As a person who listens to talk radio between 10-18 hours a day and who has made over 2,000 calls to talk radio shows, my observations are usually correct. When you hear those words, you will know that a RAT seminar caller is calling in to attack President Bush. These are, after all, people who supported a perjurer and rapists. They think nothing of trying to deceive the host and claim they are something that they are not. It is in their nature; that is why they are part of the RAT party.

The RAT army is out in force. They are trying to sway the undecided. Typically, they will talk over the host using their talking points. If the host wants to join the conversation instead of allowing a speech, the complain that the host is trying to cut them off or not let them make their point.

It is going to get much worse, and it is quite obvious that the RATS have been training people to do this. There own foolish little left wing talk shows are not where they think the battle will be won. The fools who will listen to those shows are their own KoolAide drinkers. Much of their target audience will have no interest -- they are watching MTV or Jerry Springer. They think the battle will be won on our talk shows. If they can only change the minds of a small percentage of the electorate, they have a chance of winning.

What can you do? Make calls to talk shows. Alert the hosts as to what the RATS are doing. Make sure we get our message out.

I have noticed this as well. They talk very rapidly, like trying to spew out the talking points as quickly as possible.

Agreed. It's a strategy of creating doubt on the very issue that destroyed Clinton: Integrity. Character is something their man didn't have (and neither do any of their leading candidates), so they must try to bring the character of W into question. It's a common ploy of lib/dems to bring everything to their lowest common denominator.

most hosts know & challenge ie Hugh Hewitt gets them on and then tricks them with a question a true RAT cannot answer without giving themselves away as LIARs.

They're doing it here too. Their big kickoff was yesterday. I counted over 15 newbies posting vanities and other irrelevancies.

Heheheh.

I guess it's cheaper and easier to call in to right-wing shows and spew your idiocy, than it is to put on your own left-wing show and actually have to defend your ideas.

I think it has already started hot and heavy, (even here) This election is going to make the days of A+Bert et al look like childs play.

BTW I miss your songs.

Just listen a few minutes to CSPAN each morning and you'll notice the preponderance of so-called "fed up" Republicans switching to Kerry. Yeah, right.

The rats are desperate.

Sadly they are getting lots of help from our very own 'conservative' talk show hosts.

It has got to stop!!!!!

"I am a moderate and vote the man not the party.....

...and gridlock is good." I've heard it too many times in the past few weeks...

Rush cuts the idiots off at the pass.
Hannity can smell them.
I suppose we'd better start doing a little calling ourselves. We have so much trash on the lying Democrats, it would be a piece of cake.

Down here in South Florida, Schnitt commented that there were a number of people calling to complain about Bush's Guard record but wouldn't hold long enough to actually get on.

MOBY has been actively recruiting young kids to do this at his concerts... Glad we are aware of it.

They're just reading from the script. Low level democrats have no personality of their own so they have to rely on their masters to tell them how to behave. It's rather pathetic really.

I listen to a lot of talk radio programs also and yes I see this happening.

I think I like to listen to Michael Medved though because he invites the opposition, and then he is able to squash them like a bug with his knowledge and cool manner of speech.

You get the grand slam prize Annie.

This has been going on since Bush got elected.

The "Lying Liars" schtick from Franken and the rest has been a transparent attempt by the Dems to try to contain (by smearing Bush with the same charge) the damage Clinton did to the Democratic Party by his congenital lying.

Anybody who doubts this is crazy. Just listen to CSPAN when they have call-ins. Kee-ryst... they're all middle-aged dem Yenta's or Jemima's reading from a list of talking points!
