NORTH CAROLINA WELCOMES TERRORISTS

I always thought North Carolina was a conservative state. Sure, we have some fairly large cities, and plenty of liberal universities, but North Carolina is southern. Our state is mostly comprised of small towns that really are like Mayberry from the old Andy Griffith Show. We go to church, say sir and maam and can identify our third cousin twice removed. Our state is home to country musicians such as Lester Flatt, Doc Watson, Charlie Daniels and Randy Travis, and political leaders like Sen. Jesse Helms. Last week, I found out that North Carolina is more liberal than California!
State Senator (and Gubernatorial candidate) Fern Shubert, informed me that North Carolina has issued nearly 400,000 drivers licenses to illegal immigrants with no social security number! She showed me an article in The New York Times, reporting that, The D.M.V. in North Carolina, where illegal immigrants from the states on the Eastern seaboard go to get their drivers licenses, is aware of its role, said Wayne J. Hurder, North Carolinas director of drivers license certification. (The New York Times, 3/2/2003)
South Carolinas Attorney General has asked US Attorney General John Ashcroft to require airlines to refuse to accept licenses from NC for boarding planes. Again, Wayne Hurder said, "Our job is not to force compliance with immigration laws." NC issues licenses to anyone possessing an, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. The IRS recently sent letters to all 50 governors, asking them to instruct their motor vehicles agencies not to accept the ITINs. (Washington Times, 9-7-03) The government of North Carolina cares nothing for the laws of our nation, or the security of American citizens.
Given Californias reaction to this issue, Democratic Governor Mike Easley should be quaking in his political boots. However, most North Carolinians are unaware that their state is issuing licenses to illegal immigrants! NCs news outlets serve as little more than lap dogs for an increasingly corrupt Democratic machine (www.ncgop.org Corruption Watch). Their scant coverage is necessitated by the lines of non-English speaking immigrants flooding out of DMVs all over the state, the incredible boom of the illegal immigrant population and the arrest of three Pakistanis who were trying to use phony ID info to get "valid" NC drivers licenses.
The controversy finally forced the Governor to, announce new security measures and procedures that will assist the DMV in preventing driver license fraud. (Raleigh News & Observer, 12-31-03) However, Wayne Hurder, has clearly stated the fact that a person is in the United States without the permission of the Department of Homeland Security (formerly INS) is irrelevant as far as North Carolina DMV is concerned, as per NCGS 20-7 and NCGS 4.01.
Sen. Shubert replied (press release, 1-21-04), North Carolina law, which cannot be changed by DMV but requires legislative action, permits the use of Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) that are worthless from a security standpoint
Even if DMV changes the documentation accepted to prove residency next month, the law says DMV must permit the issuance of a license even if the applicant has no documentation other than an ITIN provided they swear or affirm an affidavit.
Most North Carolinians will never see Sen. Shuberts press release. As a prominent member of the Raleigh, NC press corps explained to Sen. Shubert regarding a related education issue, We will not cover it, because our readers are not intelligent enough to understand it. This attitude earned that journalist a high paying position in the Easley administration! Hundreds of thousands of illegals register to vote in North Carolina, ensuring that Easley and his Democratic cronies stay in power, while North Carolinas news outlets turn a colluding eye.
American soldiers are risking their lives in foreign countries to protect our homeland. This is the ultimate slap in the face to our brave men and women who are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. This is a national security issue; state-issued photo identification provides unrestricted access to most U.S. air and ground transportation systems and entry to public buildings! I urge my readers to learn more about this issue; visit www.forfern.com. If each of my readers will contact their local news outlets, as well as Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and the national newspapers, we can get coverage. Along with the Foundation for Conservative American Values (www.fcav.latest-info.com), I will make every effort to make myself available to be interviewed on this issue; contact me at: conservativejud@yahoo.com

I feel sorry for my native state.North Carolina is just following many other states. You can thank the Federal Government. That is the root of this insanity.

Ever read the story of Esau and Isaac? I love Mexican food, but am not willing to sell my birthright for it. I can make it myself.

Of course, I have no way of knowing, just like anybody else, which Hispanics are illegal and which are not, just by looking at them. Here's a clue for you, if you see 40 year old Mexican's riding childrens bicycles, or driving totally beat up cars with expired tags, most only speaking Spanish, and neighborhoods going southbound, ERs full of Spanish speakers with colds and flu, instead of using a private doctor, it's a good chance they are illegals.....This isn't rocket science.

North Carolina is being over run with illegal 3rd worlders and your concerned about buying a taco? Toco nothing.... barbacoa, chilies relienos, chimichangas and a good carne asada are more what I have in mind. And someplace to get fresh menudo and chorizo for breakfast. I wrote off NC along time ago, I live south of the border.
I did not think I needed it in my first reply to you but here it is this time. < /humor >

Face the Facts.
We have had since 1980, 4 Republican Presidents, serving close to 16 years in the White House. Even now, during wartime, our Republican President not only refuse to secure our border but he campaigns against securing our border and unbelievebly encourage Illegals to come take all the jobs the Americanos "won't fill".
So lets not worry about our country being overrun. Neither the Republican or Democratic party want to stop it. In fact, they encourage it.
You want to talk about a wasted vote. There it is. If you want secured borders and controlled immigration, voting will not get you anything of the sort. It might get you tax cuts, a winning war on terror in the middle east, but it will not stop an invasion of our country. Why?
Why if this country can do all these great things will we not protect our borders, at least, in a time of war?
Please tell us why Mr. President.

FLYERS TELL WHITES TO GET OUT OF CALIFORNIA
February 16, 2000 (VCT) -- Flyers are appearing in the San Fernando Valley demanding that whites get out of AZTLAN. Glenn Spencer of American Patrol said the flyers came from a student in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Asked how he knew, he said: Easy, the flyer reads --- THIS IS ARE LAND ---and any fool knows that LAUSD students can't spell.

Yessir; a real racist...loves Amerind food instead of Mexican, though the prime rib could also be considered European.
As far a plane crash on a plate, when was the last time anyone looked at a pizza, as opposed to simply scarfing it?
Food preferences don't a racist make, unless one is using Frenchmen as the source for his fried frogs' legs.
But let's leave the dogs out of it; human food is far from the best diet for them.

The thing that really cracks me up is they think it's the land and not the people that makes California great. Typical liberal thought process. Let them take California and they'll be crossing the border into Oregon and Idaho!
(yeah, yeah, I know about Arizona, Neveda, etc, but they are all ready crossing into there)

I got a reply to an email I sent to N. Carolina.
Check out the site.
You quoted some article:
>I always thought North Carolina was a conservative state. Sure, >we have some fairly large cities, and plenty of liberal >universities, but North Carolina is southern.
The truth is that Bush won this state's urban areas. Like it or not, the only - few - counties Algore won were dirt-poor black counties and the "college town" counties of Orange and Durham. Only the state-capital county (Wake) - full of bureaucrats - was an exception to this rule. Bush won this state's big-city counties - Mecklenburg, Guilford, Forsyth.
>State Senator (and Gubernatorial candidate) Fern Shubert, >informed me that North Carolina has issued nearly 400,000 >drivers licenses to illegal immigrants with no social security >number!
This was a major question of my shooting buddy - how many illegals got licensed before DMV just slammed the lid on it.
>She showed me an article in The New York Times, reporting >that, The D.M.V. in North Carolina, where illegal immigrants >from the states on the Eastern seaboard go to get their drivers >licenses,
DMV has effectively ended this as of a week ago. As of 2/2, matriculas and other Mexican IDs no longer will get you a license in this state. Nor will an ITIN. This change is due to DMV being embarrassed by my county's sheriff into it; he - repeatedly - busted dozens of illegals at DMV getting licenses.
Illegals - particularly the ones from other states illegally getting licenses here - are just not likely to be able to get a license in this state anymore.

I believe those changes will stand, and already have withstood the first round of attempted injunctions. NCDMV can decide which documents it accepts as proof of residency, I believe, was the conclusion to the first suits, IIRC.
