[history]
Republicans have "perhaps thousands" of internal Democratic judiciary memos like the 14 that caused a stir on Capitol Hill last fall, says a Republican staffer who resigned after an investigation into how the documents were obtained.
"Only a small amount of [documents downloaded from Democratic computer servers] have been made public," said Manuel Miranda, former judicial-nominations counsel to Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist of Tennessee. "The ones made public are the least indicting of the ones."

Memogate BUMP
The memo generating much of the consternation was written to Mr. Kennedy urging him at the behest of an attorney for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to stall a nominee to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals until that panel had ruled on a landmark affirmative-action case.
Sounds like the NAACP could be putting their 501(c)3 tax status in jeopardy with such actions.
Additionally the Democrats should be exposed for trying to circumvent the 3 branches of government and craft the Judicial decisions that some in the Legislative Branch want by deliberately stalling the vote.

Additionally all data on those systems was property of the government, not a "party".

Where is the media on this issue? They're all in the demos pocket. Janet is NOT, REPEAT NOT, more important to the country than this.

Hehehe. The Washington Times doesn't seem to be in any hurry with this. "Feels" like there's lots more to come (he said hopefully).

Tim Curran of Roll Call was just on C-SPAN and mentioned it. Knowing Roll Call, the article is probably a white-wash although he did say that the "staffer" who read the memos is thinking of writing a book about them.

Wholly smoke, shared dekstops..??This was done by a consultant hired by the democrats. File sharing in Windows is completely voluntary, and you can easily limit it to a list of users. There is no excuse for anyone or any group that allows unlimited access to files.
I supposed that a gifted and determined hacker could get past ordinary security, but that's not what happened here. The dems simply allowed anyone to see their files.

If the 14 memos that were already revealed are the LEAST
"indicting" (interesting choice of words, don't you think?)
there must be some real incriminating stuff in the remaining couple of thousand!

Many of us have long wondered if *any* criminal malfeasance by Congressional Democrats would lead to the perps actually going to jail.
This may be our opportunity to find out.
To: MamaLucci
Maybe they can begin a release program entitled 'outing .. the memo of the month '

I wonder if the Repubs kept their memos private? If they didn't, that would probably explain why they don't want this to come out. Either way, I say bring em on!

If there are 'thousands' it would have to be "Memos of the day".
