They showed a large picture of John Kerry and President Bush side by side, stating the polls. Anyway, the one of Kerry was good, for him, and the one they used for Presdident Bush was terrible.

So the commission I set up is to analyze what went right and what went wrong with the Iraqi intelligence.

But it's really to make sure the ingelligence services have a good product for future presidents as well.

Several investigations going into this including in Congress.

Unfortunately, having Brit participate in the opening interviews went away with the switch from Tony Snow... I've actually enjoyed and been impressed with Chris Wallace and think he's been much better than Tony in these interviews -- but nobody matches Brit. I'm sure FoxNews Sunday didn't get interviews with some major figures because of trepidation at facing Brit.

When you see these poll numbers spouted as fact, look closer to see how many were polled, when they were polled, and what group in particular was polled. This is where the manipulation occurred.

We need to give time for the investigation - it's important. Plenty of time for American people to decide if Bush made right decision, and he looks forward to the debate.

Commission set up is for long-term users of intelligence - future presidents, etc.

So the question then is, if Clinton is more of a conservative at heart, how come his Supreme Court nominees were Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Steven Breyer? Because quite frankly, until we reign in judicial activism, the positions on legislative matters mean very little. The judges just impose what they want-- case in point, the Lawrence decision and the Massachusettes decision.

This is about much more than just abortion. This is about our entire system of government. And Bush wants to conserve the system of checks and balances including a restrained judiciary, and the Democrats want to install liberal activist judges who will impose the portions of their agenda that they can't get the public to support legislatively.

Anyone who thinks Clinton, at heart, was more of a conservative than Bush is missing the forest for the trees.

Sunday Today Show airing. They show the clip of Kerry "George Bush's days are numbered and it's time for them to go".

I remember how the media said Bush and Cheney were so MEAN when they did their lines: "They have not lead, we will" and "The wheel has turned"

Remember? They were said to have been throwing out red meat and "going negative".

I notice Kerry says vulgar things like "Don't let the door hit ya" and the media nods in agreement and says not one word of criticism about his choice of rhetoric.

Bush: Believes the CIA is ably headed by Tenet. People working hard. Intelligence requires all kinds of assets to bring to the president and I want that service to be strong, competent and provide good product.

Russert: Another commission looking at 9/11. Will you testify?

Bush: We've given strong cooperation. Condi met with them. Have provided the threat level info.

I totally agree with you, however where are our people? This is my biggest issue that I have with my party.. If the interview went great (which I do feel it did) why aren't our guys out there banging down the doors of the more conservative news outlets saying that. SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS!

This is where I feel our weakness is, we don't need to only "pre-emptively strike" in the war on terror. We need to do the same against the dems.

They have always been so good at it and we ahve not and I think it's time for us to get some balls and go toe to toe!
