Vanity: [FR Poll] If it's Kerry vs Bush how will you vote?
2/7/2003 | FR

I thought because there is a poll on FR that says "If it's Kerry vs Bush how will you vote?" it would be good to start a thread on the matter for people to explain how they voted in the poll, if they choose to do so.

"I used to be proud of our congress during the Clinton years."

The Clinton years were pure hell. Bush will probably be more conservative in a second term because he won't have to worry about re-election. Plus with the prospect of Hillary as president after Bush the GOP will rush to get a lot of stuff accomplished. Michael Moore and all the Hollywood libs will pop an artery if Bush wins again. Won't that be wonderful?

Our nation building in Iraq could mean a Sept 11, 2012.

Nation-building? Getting rid of Saddam and making sure that terrorists are out of Iraq is nation-building? Was it "nation-building" when we occupied Germany for over a dozen years after WWII?

"Kerry. Bush has done nothing to win my vote and a lot to lose it. I'm voting for Kerry in protest."

Typical Kennedyite voter!

No offense, but the constitution Party gets less votes than Mickey Mouse.

How does it feel to be a loser?

Ha! You call that a comeback?

Puh-leeze,

My 12 year old daughter give me better attitude than that.

If you can't do better than that, don't even bother.

I voted yes. Lesser of two evils.

I don't care for Bush. I hate Kerry more than Klinton.

If Sept 11th taught us anything it is that we need stricter controls on who comes into this country

As if the Rats would be any better on immigration. Their labor unions can't wait to enroll every illegal they can lay their hands on.

And be honest; Al Gore's response to September 11 would have been 50 cruise missiles hitting a bunch of ten dollar tents in Afghanistan on September 12. In other words, nothing.

I won't even go into judicial appointments.

I think Neets was just trying to keep it down to your level, about 6 years of age, I think.

If Bush is ousted it may also flush a good many GOP senators and reps too. We only hold both by squeakers now. I wouldn't mind RINOS like snowe and others being replaced by 'real' conservatives.

Also, I live in a competitive state, so that affects my vote. If I lived in Massachusetts or Texas, I'd likely go third party.

"...why the tax cuts in the middle of a war?"

Because that's what he said he would do, and because had he NOT delivered on the campaign promise, the "real conservatives" would have equated his broken campaign pledge to Bush I's "read my lips" fiasco, and voted against him anyway.

You just can't win with some people.

The problem of the NEA pales in comparison to all else that is going on. The Democrats are maybe one Suprememe Court Justice away from ushering in complete 100% socialism and world government. Give them two and it's all over for America as we know it.

And just imagine the damage that they could with Slick Willie as Chief Justice!

There were no terrorists in Iraq before we attacked. Now they are crossing the borders to get in.

Yes, Germany was nation building. Saddam wasn't quite of the same caliber as Hitler.

There are plenty of other people around here with attitude.

Have no fear.

The evening is young.

They'll be here before you know it.

All of them vying for the FREEPER BANNED MARTYR OF THE 2004 ELECTION CYCLE AWARD.

It's not too late to throw your hat into the ring.
