Why Liberal Talk Hosts will NEVER Amount to Anything(anger filled VANITY)

Today I woke up in a very good mood. I came to work and as I usually do turn on talk radio. At noon, I ALWAYS listen to Rush and used to be able to do that because I'm the manager. Today I could have blown a blood vessel after a customer said in front of me, he wishes he could kill Rush Limbaugh. Similar things were said about Sean Hannity but the most vitrolic statements were reserved for Rush. This was after ten minutes of absolute insults and personal attacks against me which culminated in the ultimate threat (I felt so scared NOT)... that he'd report me to NAACP for discrimination,called me a sellout, called me an oreo, called me just about every nasty thing in the book. He couldn't even decide which racial epithet to call me he was so angry LOL I felt like I was back in school when I used to get beat up. I know that he is an avid listener of WBAI (a local ultra leftist radio station worse than NPR ever could be) and was a former crack dealer. I just want the world to know the demographic of the DNC liberal talk network. Wicked hateful racist spiteful trolls, the dregs, the losers, the limosuine home reliefers, and the scum of the earth.

I'll never understand why some ethnic groups refer to their successful, non-Liberal members as "sellouts" or food items that are one color on the outside, but white on the inside (oreos, white bread, coconuts).

The whole phenomenon is an anathema to the core of American principles and values. We are endowed by our Creator not only with inalienable rights, but also with talents, insights and abilities that we have a responsibility to put to the best use!

When, oh when will these misguided souls understand that the thirst for success will never be slaked by drinking from the cup of defeatism?

This was a concept I NEVER encountered till I attended school. Unreal since my parents were both immigrants and race was never discussed in my household. Usually I never insert myself into race politics into this country but sometimes I HAVE to give my opinion and it is universally hated since people assume they come from my father because no black person thinks like that. My father would make Pat Buchanan look like a whimp really but my mother is the one who made me so opinionated.

I'm lucky in that my boss listens to Rush all the time and is very conservative. There are no liberals where I work, even one democrat guy is pretty conservative and we have a "green" guy but he's also pretty conservative.

Just a quick note, I just got to this thread.

If someone is ranting as you describe, it really sounds like they have "hate" in their heart. As such, might they be guilty of a "hate crime?" It might be worth a comment to a person like that along the line of being "intolerant" and guilty of a "hate crime" and that someone should turn them into the thought police. Or, the ACLU.

Still, congratulations on keeping your cool. It can be hard to do.

I manage a small health food store. I'm by myself. Which is usually OK because I've had only one incidence in the three years I've been here.

The left is upset because the actual split of the nation is exposed. We are not evenly divided. We are predominatly a conservative nation. The left has been exposed due to Rush and the internet. Lets be honest, all followed Rush's eloquent lead.

Here's a lesson in appeasement too... I used to play christian radio and I got tired of people complaining to my boss. I turned it off because the muslim clientele were offended. I'm only going to play appeasnik for so long. Music from now on and let's see who complains about that. My boss usually sticks up for me, but as you know in this day and age it's hard for small business.

OK, I assume "oreo" is supposed to be an insult meaning that you are black on the outside but white on the inside -- they insulting part being that you supposedly have "white" characterizer's, which by implication, is a terrible, disgusting thing.

yeah it's good to have a boss that sticks up for you. I too work at a small business and would have it no other way other than being my own boss.

Yes I suppose it makes them feel better to call me an oreo, yellow bitch, white nigger,etc. and demand to know what my race is, or whatever. When I tell them only thing my parents ever said that I was is a HUMAN BEING that gets too many people angry. I do have a ethnic heritage that is very old and made me what i am today and it's my mother who isn't white who taught it to me. So for what it's worth, I've never felt that having white heritage was an awful thing. It never mattered to me till a LIBERAL told me it should.

Another thing is that I never learned American history and culture from any particular bias. I helped my mother study for her citizenship test. My father came here really young and got really americanized. When he went to visit my mother in her country all the people thought he was John Wayne! I have American culture distilled down to very basic principles as taught to me by example from two of the most honorable people to walk the face of the earth.
