OK, I assume "oreo" is supposed to be an insult meaning that you are black on the outside but white on the inside -- they insulting part being that you supposedly have "white" characterizer's, which by implication, is a terrible, disgusting thing.

Is this not hate speech? Aimed at both whites and blacks? I think I'm insulted.
