AMBURG, Germany, Feb. 5 Citing a refusal by the United States to allow testimony from a suspected member of Al Qaeda in its custody, a German court on Thursday acquitted a former roommate of Mohamed Atta who was accused of providing support to suicide pilots in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
The court cleared Abdelghani Mzoudi, the second suspect to be tried for involvement in the attacks, of accessory to murder and membership in Al Qaeda.
Mr. Mzoudi, 31, who arrived in Germany from his native Morocco in 1995 to study electrical engineering, sat quietly in a colorful ski sweater as the presiding judge, Klaus Rühle, pronounced him a free man, if not precisely an innocent one.
"You are acquitted," said the judge, glancing at the defendant, who was allowed to leave jail in December. "Not because the court is convinced of your innocence, but because the evidence was not enough to convict you."

Can't blame Europe, they are following American precedent.
In WWII Serbs have fought on the American side and saved 500 American flyboys, the biggest rescue operation behind enemy lines.
Fifty something years later, Clinton has sided with those who were American and Serb enemies in WWII (Bosnian, Croatian and Albanian Nazis)
As a result, Al Qaeda got foothold in Europe
* Mohammed Haydar Zammar, the man who recruited key 9-11 hijacker, Mohammad Atta, to the Al-Qaeda network, based his terrorist activities in Bosnia. Zammar also brought two of Atta's lieutenants into the Al-Qaeda network, namely Ramzi Binalshibh and Said Bahaji.
* Osama Bin Laden was given a Bosnian passport at the Bosnian Embassy in Vienna, Austria. Many other terrorists connected to the Al-Qaeda network also received blank Bosnian passports that enabled them to further propagate their illicit activities.
* Bensayah Belkacem was arrested in October 2001 in Bosnia. Numbers stored in his mobile phone link him to at least one of Bin Laden's top lieutenants.
Innocent Americans got return on Clinton's foreign policy investment.
You can't blame Europe for not taking care of American interests
911 is CLINTON'S LEGACY

posting regarding the euroscum as a our enemy... so very true...but going back in history to wwII and wwI although true, doesnt hit the mark today...should americans quit buying euroscum products...all he-- will break loose there... a popular boycott of their products would cripple the euro economys within a yr.IMHO

The Brits are not our enemies. Spain is not our enemy. Germany is not our enemy. Poland is not our enemy. Italy is not our enemy. All of those countries have boots on the ground alongside American troops in the War on Terror. Why would you want to call those nations our enemy?

I actually think the judge did the best favor ever in this case. Mzoudi went home and probably got over 100 'thank Muhammad' phone calls that night and we probably monitored everyone one of them. We know where Mzoudi lives, we know his habits, we know everything necessary to have an accident occur on some street corner, or we can have him accidentally overdose on cough medicine if necessary. I think we should the little guy roam a bit...get some legs...and work on getting his agenda back on track. Any network he builds in the future will be easily viewed by the CIA. German legal dimwits may have scewed up this case...but once a terrorist, always a terrorist...Mzoudi will come back home to organize.

"...German legal dimwits may have scewed up this case...but once a terrorist, always a terrorist...Mzoudi will come back home to organize..."Dang! You gave it away, peps...
It's the Teutonic way, I guess - about a subtle as a brick...
I can only imagine this dick-Mzoudi trying to recruit new terroristas with an army of cameras following him! "I DO NOT KNOW THIS MAN..."
He'll be shoe-scrapings in due time..............FRegards
