K is getting a totally free ride from the media. Tonight on all the networks featured his lie that his position on gay marriage is identical to that of VP Cheney.
Oh Yeah? Cheney did not vote against the Defense of Marriage Act.
I guess Lurch is scared. He should be.
We should have a continuing thread on his lies and distortions.

When these lying RATS (including Barney Fag, Lerch and others) proclaim their support for state's rights on gay marriage, I would love for one person -- anyone -- to ask them why different state laws might not also suffice for abortion law.

Could he be getting ready for the vp slot on the Kerry ticket? If the Dems hold the Gore states and take Missouri, they win, don't they?

If the Dems hold the Gore states and take Missouri, they win, don't they?Yes.
GWB got just over 50% of the vote here in 2000. This total would have been higher but voter fraud in St. Louis pulled this percentage down. This problem was brought under control in 2002.

One must remeber that Gephardt has never held state-wide office here. His Congressional district includes South St. Louis and Jefferson County which is somewhat a union stronghold in this state.
I say bring it on. Lets see if Kerry/Gephardt can carry this state. I'll predict they can't.

Since Bush is running as a moderate I think he can win some new states this time... Massachussettes is ripe for the taking if he would only support gay marriage.
And he will win in a landslide if he makes Hillary his VP!

Good point. JohnnyZ has re-calculated the totals at post #16 and President Bush does lose under your scenario.
