Ralph is still pondering whether to run for President. His decision will be based on how many people go to his website and register as volunters. You know what that means, don't you?

In the 2004 election, should this issue be part of the debate?

A serious drive to abolish poverty using long-known policies.

Ralph, I don't care if the policies are long-known; I want them to be effective. Maybe mix in a tax-cut or two.

Nader could run if he decides that the dems have no chance of winning. This will allow him to set the dems up as beinging the equal to the weakened Democrat party.

Ralphie is probably thinking of Uncle Joe Stalin's tried and true anti-poverty measure... starve twenty or so million peasants to death... so many fewer people in poverty then.
